I am very disappointed with H2O customer service with a situation that happened so I called H2O back to speak with a supervisor whose took forever to answer the phone When I was explaining what happened previously with the agent the supervisor hung the phone on my face Terrible Very unprofessional

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY MY BANK ACCOUNT WAS DOUBLE CHARGED CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A HEADACHE THE AGENT WAS RUDE I WAS PROMISED A REFUND AND A CONFIRMATION EMAIL NEITHER CAME THE EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO AWFUL THAT THEY CAN KEEP THE MONEY AND I WILL CHANGE SERVICE THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES

If I could give this company a rating below 1 believe me I would After reading the reviews I see other customers have the same complaint as I do Tell me how do you run out of UNLIMITED text messages It not s data - it s text messages Then they come up with some type of lie that you have sent over this many messages today I use this phone for business commication and still didn t send nor receive the amount of texts they stated I sent Overall I just renewed my plan 5 days ago and now they telling me I need to switch service

Check your phone model- no refunds

I bought an H2O wireless sim kit at Best Buy I followed the instructions on the package installed the sim card activated the account and added money for the first month then I got emails confirming all of this then nothing happened Then I called them and found out that it isn t compatible with my model of phone and that there were no refunds possible and that it was my fault for not checking even though no such instructions were present in their sim kit THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM SHAM

My phone stopped being able to receive

My phone stopped being able to receive and make calls on march 13th 2022 I called h20 and I ve been going through stress ever since When I call they leave me on hold for over 2 hours and on the days they do pick up after I voice my complaint they just hang up on me I ve been trying to switch carriers but i want to use my same phone number H20 has put a block on my number so that I can t switch carriers Save yourself the trouble and go to a different carrier this customer service is terrible

Bought a plan for an year and added data Weak network and data never work where ATT connection has good network and data Live chat is worst and only 2 people handle nationwide chat support yarabel and arianney Many times the chat times out and we have to explain everything again to new person and may not get resolution H2o was decent before few years and I took it for my school going kid and suffering to see his texts and calls are not connected to me and both are waiting for bus service I advise if you have lot of time and patience and no work then take this service I m frustrated to call chat and seek help from them

I bought 2 sim cards for my parents

I bought 2 sim cards for my parents visit to the country When we went to activate them they basically just took our money but they never gave them service so we called them stayed for 2hrs 2mins on the phone they never answered Sent an email no response and talked to no-one on their live chat They STOLE 60 dollars from us and we will fight to get back every last cent even if it s by wasting their resources NEVER USE IT TERRIBLE
