Have been buying these for years-amazingly comfortable for me despite being completely flat The only disappointment is the fact that the once- near- everlasting leather soft chamois have been replaced by fabric still soft thanks to padding but worn through after a month I understand the cost implications but would be very happy to pay more for original sole Service as usual impeccable Thank you

The online ordering process was very simple with an excellent range of products I was most surprised to receive a phone call advising an item was out of stock offering an alternative Excellent customer service The reason I have not awarded 5 is that the packaging on one item was damaged Not ideal as it was a gift

Bought two pairs of slightly different styles One pair fine replacement for worn out pair but other pair either something not quite right with right slipper or just not suited to shape of my foot Arrived promptly Will not buy that style again

Isotoner Mens Sport mules

I really like my Isotoner Mens Sport Quilted Mule Slippers and they hopefully will last well However the fabric beading around the edge is really fraying at the back after only 2 weeks With size 11s when I walk downstairs my heels inevitably catch the carpet on the stairs I d expect my slippers to cope with this better

Size difference

I regularly buy these isotoner slippers and have done for a number of years This time I found one slipper slightly wider than the other despite both being marked as size 7 Wearing bed socks helps but I was a little disappointed as normally there is no issue with this item

The slippers are well made and comfortable however the heel area could be more supportive Given how expensive they are I would have expected a little more structure to support the heel
