Be wary of lost package policy

a usually great service but be very wary of their time limit for claiming lost packages if you don t report a package as lost within 1 month of collection they won t do anything to help 1 month is a very short period of time especially when considering international postage I send many packages at a time so it is not like I can keep track of them all either

Good service to US and Evri UK

Good service to US and Evri UK However 1 Claim process is slightly difficult and the claim team will choose as low as possible amount to cover although the default cover is up to 502 Size via Fedex to Canada is always have variance for measurement compare to mine and facing huge charge afterwards

No problems with the service

No problems with the service only gripes are with the handling of claims even minor ones - no loyalty shown there If your courier associates lose or damage my parcels beyond repair and even acknowledges it then it is their responsibility to foot the bill for replacement not mine You go on about us not having sufficient insurance how about the guys who lose our products getting some insurance themselves - or is their record sooo poor that they can no longer get cover You re good company but you should only work with other companies who share the same ethics Disillusioned

Usually good Not this time

I worked most of Sunday to ensure a big order was ready to go out on Monday I booked it in online well before the 11 00 am cut-off time on Monday morning but it was not collected on Monday and will now go out a day late I could have enjoyed a lie-in

I have used this company for a few

I have used this company for a few years and I am sorry to say this time i was disappointed with the delivery What should have been a few days turned into 11days Due to hold ups and tour of the world Maybe next time not to use UPS through them as this has been the longest time and did not get to my daughter in time for Christmas

Attentive but with Hiccups

Working through the transfer of property from the UK to USA following a bereavement has been very stressful Chloe the fabulous Customer Service Advisor made the process simpler and was extremely supportive keeping me calm and checking on my progress She kept me updated at all stages and could not have done more to help I am really pleased to have engaged Transglobal Express who offered a competitive price for this work Following my initial 5star review I am disappointed to report that this initial excellent and attentive experience did not follow through to the all important collection of goods It seems that there was a technical glitch transferring data to the partner courier which failed to make the collection The partner company DHL was unhelpful in adjusting their schedule and consequently a whole day was wasted How unfortunate that Chloe pulled out all the stops to provide a really excellent service but that processes were inadequate

The UK delivery service appears to be ok and I have little problems However I am finding collection from Italy for delivery to the UK is now looking too expensive to consider which is a shame as I like the online portal

I sent a parcel to the Falkland

I sent a parcel to the Falkland Islands The person I talked to was knowledgeable and was very helpful with filling in the relevant information I sent a copy of the invoice and a parts list as requested However that did not seem to get to DHL as after a couple of days they contacted me and asked for the invoice and parts list again This held up the shipment for a couple of days
