Efficient but they DO NOT let you claim from lost parcels

They re very efficient in collecting parcels and always picked up the calls and solved easy problems straight away Their price is also good However recently they got more parcel undelivered or returned which is a headache Supposedly as the shipping labels all come with an insurance we d be able to claim up to certain amount which mine stated as GBP25 However I d say DO NOT expect to receive any out of it I ll summarise my claim experience with with about 10 parcels for the first half of 2024 1 The claim team would make it difficult almost impossible for you to make a claim such as asking you to wait until it s confirmed returned or undelivered challenging your provided proof of parcel value asking you to break it down and explain the costs further etc 2 After multiple explanations and solid evidences provided they d delay responding by saying they ll investigate You won t expect to hear from them for weeks until you follow up I believe most people would just forget about it and so the claim goes disappeared 3 After multiple followups which is about a month since you make a claim they ll STILL say it s under investigation All I was thinking was - Just issue me the amount with all evidences provided and honour your 25 coverage 4 About 2 months since you made a claim they d either turn down your claim with excuses such as the parcel should be on its way back to you or address provided doesn t seem to be correct etc Or for those parcels they can t find any excuses to turn you down they d simply keep saying it s still being investigated and they ll come back to you afterwards It s now 3 months already and I ve done many many followups yet there s still no single penny claimed back The above was not just a single time thing it happened about 10 times this year and the ALWAYS made the claim process Not possible Overall DO NOT even think you can claim anything from them even their website says there s a free insurance coverage

You go to some length to offer your

You go to some length to offer your regret and apologies and then say there is nothing you can do because we missed the claimable deadline I complained by phone on three occasions when my customer said they d not received their package and was assured the matter was being dealt with Nobody contacted me back The last notification on the tracking was to say the package was not able to be delivered no reason given and would be returned to our office That did not happen I explained that we send packages on a regular monthly basis to the same address which is manned 24 7 and could not understand why it couldn t be delivered on this occasion Again no reply received This was earlier this week As such then and only then was I in a position to make a claim and no earlier How did I not anticipate that the package would be returned to me eventually The least somebody could have done in your organisation was to advise me that there was a cut-off date for claims but of course nobody did Not only do I expect compensation for the minimum free insurance but I expect substantially more since this is not the first time you have failed to deliver I have been using your Company for several years now Is this the way you treat your regular customers Unless I receive a satisfactory response from you I ll write a negative review on TrustPilot

DO NOT USE JUST GO STRAIGHT TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY

So to start off Fast and easy delivery through dhl nothing to do with Transglobal express they re just a middle man However The communication Awful Last year after I had got my part I had ordered it cost about 1500 in total 1500 they emailed me saying dhl had measured the parcel and was charging more I disputed it and PROVED that the parcel wasn t the dimensions they had taken I didn t hear anything until now 1 year later which was them saying blah blah blah you owe us 150 still for wrong chargeable weight of the parcel the parcel was MAXIMUM 70kg the weight of the gearbox was 30kg and they re trying to say the parcel ended up weighing 100 kg TRANS NALEXPRESS was actually invoicing me for this Fair enough I wanted proof of the printout as they had already miss measured but they just kept replying saying I they can t prove it and I had sent them meassurments They re invoicing me for weight but are saying the parcel measurements height width length was what they re charging for How stupid They would keep diverting their messages like this and would keep threatening to send their debt collectors What a complete improper way of buisness and the communication was like speaking to bone idol apes Not a brain between them Oh I had forgot to mention both 2 times I have used Transglobal express they BOTH TIMES sent the wrong type of truck to pick up the parcel I cannot express how frustrated I am especially with Sam about this whole situation I hope your pillows are warm on both sides when you try to sleep tonight Do not use this company just go straight to dhl or fed ex etc etc

Have just discovered something that I never knew before Whilst most of the time the service is very efficient to the USA I have just discovered that if something is lost there is no reimbursement whatsoever The company purports to offer this free insurance up to the value of 25 but it doesn t exist at all This is because customers generally wait very patiently for a long time before sounding the alarm bell when something is missing Then I have just been told that there is no compensation after 30 days This renders their system a complete absurdity No customer is likely to contact me within this time frame so I am now aware that this system is just a mirage to make the company appear good when in reality there is no compensation whatsoever 60 days would be a much more realistic time frame 30 days is a complete nonsense I will still continue using them as at least their customer service is very responsive I have spent years suffering losses at the hands of Royal Mail so I am very accustomed to taking the bullet on behalf of delivery companies that don t deliver

Had an issue with a courier and as usual Transglobal staff could not be more helpful Big thanks to Ben W what a star even checked in on things over the weekend when he wasn t working Brill service

They are very competitive on price but there is a reason for this

They are very competitive on price and the customer service is responsive however they take no responsibility for any problems with the delivery once it leaves their hands they wont help with address changes updates to contact details etc so just be wary that you do get what you pay for

Transglobal hook you in with good pricing but frequently bill you a week or two later for a massively different pricing They give different reasons each time - volumetric rate change remote area even that the receiver didn t pay their customs charge which Transglobal think is fair and legal to then take from you We ve been clients for years and years and this is becoming increasingly common with them now It s like their secret way of boosting their profit margins We put about 10 000 of business through them every year but are actively looking for a replacement at this point as we are just fed up of it It hurts us enough but I can t imagine how badly this could hurt a start-up or micro business If you re a tiny business be very very wary before counting on Transglobal for your business needs You will get burnt

No clue where my goods are

The tracking isn t very intuitive It says processed but no clue what that means DHL seem to be delivering the parcels but just says delayed and when I asked them what is going on they just say hasn t arrived in Birmingham Now what 200 worth of goods and no one seems to have a decent tracking or customer service to explain what s going on
