Good support in sorting junk mail and phishing attempts

Trezor better than Ledger

I like the interface and the software is good but I can t put my theta or Tfuel on my Trezor Other than that I like my wallet so far Also I have big fingers and sometimes I hit the wrong digit but that s not a big deal Excellent product so far

All is good but time passed from 1st question till last is too much Almost one month took my question About 1 week I waited for replay each time On my mind some times your clients need a urgent help and there is no options

Response was good but took over 24hrs Trezor need a live chat function - Crypto is a minefield for many and people need help quickly The response was great and resolved my issue but it s frustrating not to be able to get help faster

Address Issues

For some reasons the address that I entered was not complete when it got received by the parcel carier So I had a delay and miscommunications due to that simple error of either letting me proceed with the purchase or Trezor forgot to transmit part of my address

Sincere effort problem solved

I had a problem using the Trezor Suite web app Trezor tried to reproduce my specific problem following my instructions but that didn t work They nonetheless suggested a possible solution Eventually that worked

Delivery problem

I don t know if the problem was with trezor io or USPS as the USPS site showed that the product was delivered but I didn t receive it I talked to the chatbot and did a ticker support and also did the same with USPS a couple days after I received the product

Trezor One

Trezor One Great hardware terrible customer support Also for some unknown reason it can t be connected to MetaMask on Chrome High Sierra I tried to find any suggestions on line with no result It seems to me that there s a conflict with trezor s suite a new window opens -trezor io - searching for device and when it s closing MM is searching for the device or shows Device call on request Also When I move from Trezor Suite to Exodus I see 2 Trezor Wallets must be me though so should you skip this last one

The support was excellent and helpful The only downside is that it took several days to get an initial response

Fast Replies and a Great Device

Trezor has been diligent in replying to my questions and issues My only concern is that sometimes the instructions were not clear as they might assume you know how to do some things that are specified in their reply The device is great Easy to use
