Best support I ve had since 2002

First and foremost support is one of the best support I ve used in 21 years They convinced me to use a single passphrase for account instead of trying to remember a password or a pin And that process was faster for set up and easier to use a 6 worded password which I can memorize easier and even change easier And since I went from Metamask vault to offline mode I had to do as reset of the T1 and that went smooth also And using more than one vault is simple for this old man

After watching a Youtube video from someone who was dismayed to find that an ethereum 0 credit had been sent to him warning that his account was compromised and with an invitation to send his holdings to some or other scammer for safekeeping he then warned other Trezor users of this apparent security breach I emailed Trezor and got a swift reply advising me that they re aware of this development and that customers won t be at any risk provided that they don t respond The problem originates from ethereum which is not controlled by Trezor As on previous occasions Trezor has always given me quick and satisfactory advice

Recover Lost ETH

Trezor Support helped me recover my ETH 6 months ago I tried to send ETH to my Model T Trezor through the Polygon network to save fees I found out with Trezor you need to send your ETH to the native ETH address that you have on your Trezor platform ie ETH Outgoing to ETH on Trezor Instead i sent it through the Polygon address to save feels I thought the ETH was gone until i asked the agent Ondra if it was recoverable 5 months later The agent gave me a great script on how to recover my ETH using the MetaMask wallet which i already had set up with my Trezor With help i was able to recover my ETH and is now safely in my Trezor ETH wallet It was not a lot of ETH but at my old age this was a great find for me ETH I can leave my Grandkids Trezor support has always been great at keeping cases open until the customer is satisfied that the task is completed They will not leave you alone in this fledging world of Crypto Thank you
