Ordered a wallet about a month ago then it went silent According to their own information shipping should take up to 5-7 business days Received an email a week ago that I had received my order or will receive shortly That didn t happen According to the shipping status it s still at the depot but I don t know why Trezor doesn t even have a customer support to contact directly only a chat function with a half baked AI It says that a real person will contact me shortly Obviously that didn t happen either If they can t even ship a simple little box how am I supposed to trust them with my crypto assets Update contacted them via DM in Twitter Spoiler alert no reaction Only thing left to to is contact the authorities to file a report Everyone in the same situation should do the same and apparently I m not the only one

Selling devices they do not have and still taking orders for a product they do NOT HAVE Ordered my Trezor 3 end of last year I HAD to contact them to find out my order would not be delivered until February 2024 Took my money and hefty postage charge and no product in return YET TO Trezor io insert cut and paste response below regarding shipping forecasts on a part of their site that has no links or reference from the purchase page Maybe knowing the delay and that they do NOT have these devices in STOCK would deter someone from ordering like myself Funny that Also I HAD to chase them up for update POOR or NO customer service which is part of the coarse these days

they don t deliver i ordered directly from them they couldn t give me a delivery date could be months then i ordered from one of there partners that had a order in they didn t deliver to them so stil not getting my security in the mean while they got hacked and leaked my info to hackers my personnel name email phone number and maybe my adres not a security risk they say I hope I don t get a gun to my head trying to rob me stay away if security is what you re after

Did not receive ordered product I placed the order for 2 items on 30 10 23 and payment was taken Order No 1698688660 Confirmation stated delivery would be mid November It is now 10th December and I have not received any notifications from Trezor advising of any issues or delays I do not consider this acceptable service which is why I have given a poor review I still do not know when I will receive my order

I use to love my wallet and everything about it Lately all my BTC transactions gets stuck in what looks like an obvious bait and switch Bait with a reasonable fee and then hold the mining back until you increase the fee I refuse to pay a ransom and therefore the sats can stay stuck but it leaves a very bad taste in a persons mouth Still awaiting an explanation from their Legal department why what they are doing is not illegal as per the supplied screen prints but most probably an untruthful promise

If I could leave not stars I would Do not believe the delivery time frames when you push for a date they push it out again When you keep requesting they create the shipping label I own an online store it is easy to create a label to make it appear to be moving Crap customer service keep offering refund but no actual resolution for a product I need Full of lies still waiting for an my for item Seriously don t sell stock you don t have and then defiantly do not over sell a month later with black Friday sales

Despite a Trezor my Bitcoins were stolen My Trezor and my Recovery Seed were in a safe that was not compromised My computer Mac doesn t contain phishing software checked at least once per month Trezor seemed only eager to explain that it was not their fault Did not really offer any help or clarification whatsoever

I don t normally write reviews especially if I ve been unsatisfied with a product I normally just walk away and don t use the product again but I ve had such a bad experience that I feel I have to say something I ve been a Trezor customer for over 3 years mostly using the wallet to store my crypto Now came the time that I decided to sell some of my crypto one of the transactions went pending due to the fee having been set too low by default Apparently a known technical issue they even created a bump fee feature that was unavailable for me to use So my crypto was stuck and I had to do a laborious set up using Sparrow to free my crypto but that also meant I had to fully cancel my transaction So in turn I lost several hundred Euros as the crypto s value fell during the several days that the issue remained unresolved It took a week for me to get my crypto back The fact that the wallet or the other platforms that they use to make the transaction puts the fee too low by default so the crypto gets stuck and the sale falls through is atrocious I am told I have to set the fee myself and refer to a website that I was given a link to to make sure the fee will be correct This shouldn t even happen It should just work straight out of the box I have never in my life been this dissatisfied with a service or a product I ve been unhappy with something but never as disappointed and even angry as I have with the experience I had using Trezor I m normally quite a calm and understanding person I would never use them again nor recommend any of their products I would say stay away and try another wallet It s not worth going through the hassle
