The setup was straight forward and easy The passphrase provides a higher level of security in case your 12 recovery words or the device are stolen The support is great and responded to my emails to verify that this is an official Trezor wallet Scammers sell fake Trezor wallets so I bought from the official site The Trezor wallet provides a higher level of security than the Ledger Nano X which has been compromised by the back door recovery phrase issue Overall I am satisfied with my Trezor wallet

When I needed the help they responded

When I needed the help they responded and gave me the information I needed I guess the holiday season had them swamped yet they responded in just a couple days Last issue was responded to over night I have my wallet and now trying to figure out a safe way to keep it and not lose it

I have had an issue with my Trezor

I have had an issue with my Trezor twice now and each time the service team have dealt with me in a very timely manor both issues have been with the way i was doing things user error not the Trezor Very good company to deal with great product well done to the team

My Trezor wallet went down and I reached out to tech support via web chat and within 24 hours I received an email advising me what troubleshooting steps needed to be done And when those steps failed they replaced my wallet which I received within 3 days The service was excellent and the follow-up process was very consistent Very commendable in this day and age when there is very little SERVICE in CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Trezor support staff goes far and beyond what I would have expected I had a hardware issue with a new Trezor that I received The staff was very helpful in the troubleshooting process and after all the steps did not resolve the issue they promptly sent me a new replacement device the next day I have used their products for numerous portfolios and will continue to do so in the future 100 recommend

Be prepared focus and pay attention to all the details

I m not new to the crypto market working with several crypto platforms but I am new to the hard wallet market When I purchased and set up Trezor at the very beginning I unknowingly created a hidden wallet and accidentally sent my test 50 there It was on the weekend and Trezor support only became available after the weekend This was stressful because you don t understand what is going on Trezor s assistant was there the entire time until it all cleared up and even provided stress support It is extremely important that you know what you are doing we are all in new territory and therefore have to do and explore it together For myself I conclude that I just need to read carefully i e these reviews and also watch instructional clips etc
