Favourite paints

We ve used Valspar in all of the rooms in the house it is always so true to the colour swatch and goes on really well There is a massive range too Some colours apparently need move coverage due to the pigmentation we ve only experienced this once in about 20 colours

I m baffled by the negative reviews

I m baffled by the negative reviews I ve used the mixed coloured emulsion several times and it s been fine covers well with two coats it is thin but if you know how to load a roller and apply correctly you shouldn t have any problems The oil based wood and metal satin is lovely also If you want quality results avoid Dulux unless it s trade that works with most brands Most tradesmen will use Crown trade over Dulux trade

I used valspar paint and i need some moreBest paint ever like never beforeUse it on ya wall Use it on ya doorGive it to me Vally cos i am poorNormly hunt around for bargains to decor my houseBut no skimpin on the paint cos i aint no mouse Ya the best Valspar your smooth and nice So im sittin here baby to receive my prize

Not sure why all the bad reviews Great paint

Great paint goes on the walls very well As with all dark colours will need 3 coats but that applies to all colours with depth and all paint ranges including FB - 5 coats of red on one clients lounge walls Not a fan of the exterior wood work paint but other than that I have used all their range interior and exterior would still us Dulux trade flat Matt for ceilings but Valspar everywhere else Washes well

great coverage and good colour mixing

After undertaking a major renovation and extension funds were low to buy paint and other finishing touches I really wanted Farrow and Ball paint but without the hefty price tag I got a number of colours mixed in Valspar paints and wasn t disappointed The coverage if anything is much better than F B and it s washable which is great for the hall and stairs especially with three kids and two cats I m really pleased with it You can see pics on Instagram this auld house

Definatly reccomend

Used valspar paint in every room of our new house Covers like a dream and after 2 coats of several different coulours there were no patches in sight We used the V700 as have a large family and wanted a more durable paint The only thing I would suggest is more staff at the mixing till I could have painted a room in the time we waited for 4 tubs

Perfect finish to our home improvements

Used valspar Apollo paint in our new kitchen extension The colour is lovely and we only needed one coat on top of the contract matt on our new plaster We ll h be using the same colour for our living room hall stairs and landing no hesitation

We have recently bought a house that needs renovating We are living in it at the same time with out 4 children No easy fete However we have discovered valspar paint and it goes somewhat to making our lives easier The paint does cover lovely in just 2 coats There is a wide range of really up to date colours and a colour match service We would highly recommend

You won t have time to watch paint dry

Painted metal garage door directly onto eggshell with the gloss paint Easy to use coverage excellent only used one coat and was sufficiently viscous that it didn t drip The doors were ridged metal and I painted the inner panels quickly then used a roller on the outer panels It dried very very quickly - you had to be fast but the result was excellent Not high gloss like Weathershield but an acceptable shine

Really worth getting colour coverage price

I ve used Valparaiso paint a few times now the coverage is always good to brilliant there is such a huge range of colours in all the ranges silk Matt kitchen bathroom whatever you need just been looking for more paint as we moved into a bungalow for my health problems and whole place needs doing and will be useing valspar paints
