I bought a pink paint the colour was not as expected nothing like the colour chart but I changed this for a perfect colour you then refunded my money thanks very much your service is brilliant I will be using your paint when I decorate the next two bedroom

Excellent service and good quality paint I even chose a colour that I didn t like once on the wall and when I went for another colour to be mixed I was informed that I could have a refund on the first colour through the website Very easy to do and no hassle refund as well Very impressed thank you

The paint was good quality and covered well The semi matt finish is lovely The Love Your Colour Guarantee was really good The original colour we picked didn t look like the sample We didn t like the colour and it didn t good with our carpet So we picked another colour and followed the guarantee procedure We got our refund very quickly Very happy now

It s not the first time we ve used Valspar and we ve always been pleased with the result This time we chose a shade that was too deep for us so we invoked the Valspar Love Your Colour guarantee We didn t like the first colour so we bought a second one and Valspar gave us our money back for the first one What brilliant customer service

Trade emulsion

After reading all the comments I need to chip in do not buy the brightly coloured gold and silver tins just because it says premium on them Utter rubbish Ask for there trade emulsion which comes in boring blue and white cans The key word is trade I m a decorator of 38 years so I think I m qualified enough to know what I m talking about superior matt finish and scrubbable

Lovely paint

I purchased a tin of purple paint to go with my new curtains but when I painted the wall my room looked awful and the colour was so wrong so then I purchased a tin of green which looked much better and I received a full refund for the first tin No problems and such friendly staff The paint is extremely silky and only needs one coat if you take your time a lovely finish that I am so very happy with

just had to write this review to balance things up as i had read so many bad reviews unfortunatly i had already bought the paint when i read the reviews was about to take it back until i read the review by a trades man and his was so positive that i thought if its good enough for him then its okay for me Brilliant result covered my blue wall with the white emulsion in a very easy 2 coats a beautiful finish and 22 for 20 litres so just over a pound a litre an absoloute bargain So because it covered the room so well istill have 14 litres left for other rooms this is probably the best paint i have ever bought its well worth buying

Valspar at B Q mixed a colour from a different suppliers chart Unfortunately 2 of the tins of paint varied in shade but were remixed and the cost refunded without hesitation Its good to know if something goes wrong Valspar have brilliant customer service to put matters right The paint is of excellent quality with great coverage I would recommend
