Difficult to get hold of

Difficult to get hold of No phone number only contact form on the app and even when you fill that out they don t answer Pretty hopeless really Don t even know when my collection days are as the calender provided online is empty

beware of 1yr rolling contracts with 6 month notice to leave

service ok - how hard can collecting a bin be but they tie you in to a rolling contract with a 6 month notice needed to leave and only let you leave if you can prove the business is closing Bit dirty

I am a new customer to Veolia and the

I am a new customer to Veolia and the collections for the first two weeks have either been missed on did not happen on the scheduled day I hope that this is just teething problems and everything will settle down

Very difficult to contact to discuss

Very difficult to contact to discuss anything You need to login to use their Chat The chat takes ages as they have to ask you several security questions which seems pointless if you have had to sign in which is secure in itself They take ages answering and if you do not respond within a very short time the chat ends and you get cut off My experinces so far have not been great Update I have contacted you and I now await an email I have since learned that I have incorrectly been invoiced for an empty that DID NOT happen This is the reason why I left Biffa As they too used to falsely invoice me for empties that never happened I have checked my CCTV and can prove that the empty did not happen I am regretting my decision to move to Veolia My Customer Hub dashboard is not showing my collection dates either

Not the best experience so far

Not the best experience so far Bin was supposed to be delivered on a Monday - ended up getting delivered on the wednesday First collection didn t happen on a Monday then was advised it would be collected Friday as they re only in the area Monday and Friday - ended up getting collected Thursday The next collection was a bank holiday Monday a week ago which wasn t collected understandably but nobody came the rest of the week We re now not due a collection until next week so we re 3-4 weeks in with just 1 collection yet paying for twice monthly collections I hope the service improves Communication is non-existent

Terrible service from set up

The second star is purely for the friendliness of the customer service staff From setting up our account we had to wait several weeks for our first collection Each week we were told it would be tomorrow and alas nothing happened Phoning several times per week to check for an update when I turn up and the waste is still all here we are a cafe and cannot have food waste on site We got to a backlog of 20 bags The missed collections were put on our invoice so I had to then dispute this We are finally on a schedule but our collections are late every single week and I am still having to phone every week to make sure the collection will actually happen Will not be sticking with Veolia if they don t sort things out Extremely disappointed

Was hoping for better Was asked to provide details of facilities take photos make it clear where the bins are etc Did all this but none of this information is then passed on So the delivery driver turns up unannounced with no idea where to go and what we are having our online account has not been set up correctly with no collection date provided Contacted customer service but not given any update 2 weeks later then the waste collection driver calls up to say where are we as again he has no information and even asked how frequent are our collection Give up Just a complete shambles Pointless spending time providing information clearly to assist and as per their requirements for it to then just sit there and do nothing with Both drivers said we never get any information I wonder how this passes their own risk and method statement processes I suppose these days we shouldn t expect anymore than this

We are just signing up and have registered by return Email Sadly no information on the website after logging in regarding service schedules invoice documents etc but we have had our bins delivered on the pavement outside More linked-up information required please

Used to be really good

Used to be really good The current driver swears and complains about us to our neighbours when bin not put out as it s the only place in Durham he visits on a Tuesday Zero tolerance and all that Once I put bin out all day and he said missed collection e-mailing my head office staff Here s a thought change something that isnt correct Not much point in me putting an empty bin out but maybe I should just to get my point across I have been in touch with Veolia office twice asking them to ring me up and see if a monthly collection instead of fortnightly is an option but still waiting for that call MIght start looking at other options if this situation keeps happening Not good for my mental health

Bins delivered but no lifts within 10 days and still waiting

Bins were delivered on the agreed date The service was to commence the following working day however 10 days later they still haven t collected once Now they promised to collect the tomorrow Fingers crossed
