Slow mobilisation of new sites

Once set up a few of our site get collection missed for unknow reasins and onboarding new sites sometimes takes an extended period of time

once i finally got through on my third attempt with live chat Rav M was helpful and sorted out my issue

Not a great start but it did get better

As a first experience it wasn t the greatest as the doors on the 35yrd skip didn t open the replacement one had rubbish in but since then the service has been spot on so it may have been a slow start but all good now will continue to use

New Customer

Being a new customer to VEOLIA i was hoping for a positive experience due to previous experiences with other waste management companies negative I found it frustrating that telephone numbers i tried were engaged The customer hub is not easy to understand as a first time user and when chatting on line my conversation was timed out Trying to chat again on line there was no one available Eventually after answering the same questions again my problem was resolved very efficiently The lead time for collection of compactor is over two weeks which is somewhat concerning

Two previous collections were missed

Two previous collections were missed hopefully our recycling collections will now Improve so our next collection will be in two weeks time on a Tuesday Thankyou

FAIR SERVICE

OK on price customer service portal always seemto be able to give you an answer Only slight issue is collection times More often than not it will be a couple of days behind the scheduled day

Collection service is good but the billing platform has been useless I do not receive invoices only statements When I check the hub the invoices do not show I have to call every month and explain the problem again If I don t remember to do this and don t pay in time we are put on stop Every time it is referred to IT and every month they assure me it has been sorted It is not

Thankful to Jane

this is a difficult one for me to rate with stars Sadly the service is nothing how Fran promised it would be when we joined 0 we have had soooo many issues with collections and invoices - some of which are still going on It is beyond frustrating that you have to use that stupid portal - you get given a ref number and eventually you get a reply on a NO REPLY email - so if you have anything else to query or say you have to go back to the portal which then complicates things further - so star However all of that said - along the way Jane Atkins got involved and is trying her utmost to escalate and rectify issues for us - so for Jane I DO give stars and am very grateful to her 0

Some excellent support some poor support

My initial phone call with Ellie P was great Ellie understood the issues and whilst she couldn t resolved the issues herself she asked one of her colleagues to get in touch with me Jordon S subsequently emailed me reiterating the wider issue which I had brought to Veolia s attention but not providing any resolution to my invoice queries I am still awaiting a response to my specific invoice queries a number of days later
