Excellent response from help centre to resolve very poor collection issues

The service provided by Naomi Higgins was excellent and the 5 stars are for her The reason for needing to seek help from Naomi are worth far fewer Dear Fran We are not happy with the Veolia waste management service- as stated the 5 stars was for the assistance provided by Naomi yesterday As it currently stands our experience of the Veolia waste management service itself isn t worth a single star

No longer a customer but had I had service levels like I did today we would still be Veolia customers for sure just had a very easy no hassle customer service chat with Ashley Easthope with regards to some old account information I required changed my opinion on Veolia thank you Ashley very helpful

Alison dealt with my complaint very good and quickly resolved it Customer service was fab it s good to have customer service like this as many companies don t want to know when things go wrong

My enquiry was for an old invoice With limited information I was not expecting much but then Jade Wood answered my call and looked into my query Jade was undaunted by the task at hand mainly no account number information success was achieved very quickly and efficiently Thanks again Jade for your help - much appreciated

Just spoken with Jade Wood this afternoon who was very friendly and helpful She sent through our missing invoice quickly and made a note of updating our email addresses It is lovely to actually speak to someone easily especially as when I looked online there was no way of explaining what I needed Excellent customer service

Had a complaint due to our bins being emptied on a different day without being notified Dawn streeter handled my call Cannot praise enough she was very patient and not afraid to take ownership of the problem She went above and beyond to find a solution which resulted in us having a better service than previously Wish all customer service staff were as helpful and polite as Dawn Very pleased I called

Called Veolia today got through to an incredibly helpful person Owen c o Customer Experience Advisor South Region I required some very technical H S Info for a Supply Chain Tender Audit Not only did he take his time to listen understand what info was required he went well beyond sent me the link directly Wish all of the Companies I deal with had an Owen Superb

Progress with Invoice Issues

Previously had some invoices issues and was advised to call Sophie Kola answered and provided excellent support and a plan to tackle the ongoing issues I felt like we had progressed further during the call than we had the past few months which was reassuring I am grateful that Sophie answered the call today
