Very hard to get hold of

Very hard to get hold ofSent several emails calls and texts over numerous days and didn t get a response until I called the head office number I arranged for a site clearance which again was difficult as I couldn t get hold of anyone and then no one turned up on the arranged date

Beware and think twice before you sign

Great at signing you up and promising a great service - the the issues start The new bins don t turn up collections as and when they feel like it and a customer service that just doesn t do anything Been with them a month and now looking at cancelling all services as they just don t care got a response and they can t even get my name right on that

Missed Collection

Missed Collection called the customer services team to reschedule after using the online message centre and getting no response Had to use the call back option after waiting 20 mins for a response but did get a call back within 10 mins The security questions were a bit intense just to verify who I was but eventually I was able to tell the customer service team member Mark Owen what the issue was He dealt with it and was able to reschedule the collection although it did take quite a while 20 mins in total to reschedule a bin collection However the rep was friendly and polite

Refused to empty brown bin

Wouldn t empty our brown bin because my 5yr old daughter accidentally put a microwave meal box in it family of 5 now with a full bin until next collection you should be ashamed of yourselves

No communication and missed collections

Nothing but missed collections and excuses since joining this bin company Numerous phone calls each week to be told blocked access when access is clear Rearranged collections have been missed without communicating to us leaving us with excess rubbish that seagulls have access to

I m at a loss I have filled all forms But have not heard from anyone When will will get our rubbish sacks Please call me with updates

You hold the contract with Tendring

You hold the contract with Tendring District Council to look after the bins in Brightlingsea You don t do a good enough job and I do not believe you adhere to the contract terms You are meant to empty our bins twice a day on the seafront but they are usually over flowing because they are only emptied once a day Also the bin liners you use only go down halfway in the bins meaning you re halving capacity just to save a few quid Please do better

I live in Brightlingsea and am fed up with living in a rubbish site

I live in Brightlingsea and am constantly disappointed by the amount of rubbish that is laying around everywhere The bins are overflowing when you can find one and are generally not emptied enough In the summer months particularly we are a very busy town with a lot of visitors and it s days if not a week before the bins are emptied We could also use much bigger bins in the busiest areas and also bigger bags that actually reach the bottom of the bins we already have

Unfortunatley it took over 6 weeks for

Unfortunatley it took over 6 weeks for our bin to arrive Once it did come we had a massive backlog of rubbish and they said they would come and collect they gave us a date and never arrived this happened twice and when they finally did come it was so early in the morning there was no staff to give them the backlog The staff were helpful on the phone but the actions were just not happening as they should We hope going forward things will run smoother

Bin Replacement

I ordered a bin replacement for my home from Veolia in Haringey two weeks ago After two weeks of waiting the bin still hasn t been delivered For the past week I ve been contacting their customer service every two days and hearing the same response each time The delivery is scheduled for tomorrow I will call them again today as yesterday s scheduled delivery was not fulfilled once again I gave them one star more than the minimum for at least being responsive
