Some efficient parts to this company others not so

I am really happy with how Ange handled my call today with regards to 2 invoices I was over charged on She is very polite and efficient Unfortunately I am still waiting to hear when I am going to be credited for the excess weight surcharge for 0 22ton 35 stone that was queried in November apparently the manager has to look into it There is no way we could push a bin with 35 stone in it so I m guessing it either wasn t my bin or the callibration on their machine was faulty or there were a couple of bodies in there alongside the cardboard

Bin was not collected on Monday which unsual as normally like clockwork but not informed so had to call in to find out whats happening which took a while left a message and Jacob called us back and was very helpfull but bin wont be collected until Friday

2 very different experiences from 2 different departments

I would agree with the previous review 5 for Danii W who handled my query and provided a very quick explanation to the issue and advised the solution 1 for the Business Manager - who I am still waiting on the confirm IF we will receive a refund Veolia s mistake charging us for 2 years for removal of waste in a yard that was not ours by their own admission Fingers crossed they will make the correct decision

Missed collection

Missed collectionCollection was booked for the 2nd of October but was never completed It took 2 days to get through on the telephone as constantly direceted to the customer hub Recorded the complaint on the Hub no one got back to me or no live agents available to chat online Eventually got through to a call handler Mark Owens he was very helpful and arranged a new collection If the experiance rating was just based on the call handler it would have been 5 stars

On the whole no problem

On the whole no problem Customer services are very helpful My only issue would be some very last minute changesto collection days apparently an email was sent butnever arrived And some strange addition charges claiming an excessweight on bins from time to time Not sure where that comes from

Poor service from Veolia

The regular collection guy is five star fantastic service The problem is when he goes on holiday the service actually stops but we are still charged The temporary drivers have lets us down several times now just not turning up We had one driver actually collect another companies bin off a different estate completely and we still got charged You can not get to speak with anyone when you need to The hub just does not work We can not get invoice off the hub to be honest poor is the polite way of summing the service from Veolia

Poor overall experience - good phone call today

Overall experience with this supplier has been really poor so far Lots of missed empties having to chase to get waste collected Being told credits will be raised and then them never getting raised Rang today as we haven t had our bin emptied for 3 weeks Mark was very helpful and seems to have sorted the issues that we ve been having and raised credits etc as required Hopefully the overall experience improves as it is becoming increasingly difficult to work with Telephone call with Mark Owens

Have had a few issues about length of

Have had a few issues about length of time waiting for our skip to be emptied exchanged which seems to be getting worse Our thanks goes to Jane Atkins against the odds she managed to get our skip exchanged before Christmas even though we were told it was not possible until 4th Jan Jane deserves 5 stars but not the Company

Polite helpful staff but

Unable to log missed bin via email out of hours or in hours which was frustrating so waited for online chat the next business day Leah R was very polite helpful She explained why the lift had not been completed road closure apparently and arranged a new date for collection

One star Veolia 5 stars Ellie

The companies technology in terms of receiving WTMs is very poor you need a bigger screen than on your PC it tells me to accept your WTN The video does not help Reminders about WTMs are sent out every other day when the WTM has been received completed by email 6 weeks earlier the only method possible except print off complete and post it BUT this review would be 5 Star if this was only about Ellie s patience and determination to solve the problem Thank you to her but one star in fact to Veolia and its customer hub
