Terrible quality scam

Terrible quality We ve bought our first property with Linden homes and literally within a week everything is falling apart We ve got a major plumbing issues Everything is poor quality including kitchen appliances to door handles and bathroom tiles They ve ruined experience of buying our first property It s impossible to get in touch with customer service We cannot wait to sell the property and get back to renting Avoid this company as they it is nothing else but scam and a simple rip off

This company is appalling

This company is appalling They have no consideration for local residents whatsoever They do not reply to emails Their staff are rude and unhelpful and the MD is a total disgrace I would not buy any property they have been involved with They have made local residents lives a misery in Glen Parva A load of rotten apples and no response to criticism

Avoid these at all costs Appalling builders and customer care Bodge up builders we have had a never ending list of problems including over priced house boiler connected incorrectly holes in brickwork missing mortar water leaking through ceiling from under bath front door warped this list goes on Cretinous con artists liars and bodge up builders Avoid Avoid Avoid

If I could give a 0 I would these workmen have no idea how to build a house sufficiently let alone safely and take no responsibility for any defects they have caused Avoid any property built by these at all costs happy househunting guys

To Drew Smith - regional Sales or Customer Service Director I am the owner of 1 house in Pembers Farm Avenue Pembers Hill Park Fair Oak If I could go back in time I wish I had never bought this house Buying this house from Drew Smith was the worst decision in my life We have sent follow up email to your customer service team for repair follow up and arrangement since Apr 2024 No update schedule and or solution was given so far We have sent a complaint email in July 18 2024 to complaint team but no reply from Drew Smith so far Unfortunately no reply Very dissatisfied and disappointed

This review doesn t even deserve 1 star Appalling company which owns Linden and Bovis No customer service at all Passed from person to person to sort small issues out Snag after snag not getting done Refusing to pay back money for additional items outside of mortgage that were fitted to a very poor standard Property covered in black mould only weeks after moving in Cracks appearing on every wall Does not carry out fire risk assessments for blocks of flats Does not put in place insurance as agreed under the lease agreement Stay clear Take your money elsewhere
