Agata in the Service Team was brilliant in sorting my issue with my chargerShe guided me through the steps I needed to go through and guidance on the use of the Wallbox She kept in contact with me by telephone and email and ensured that everything was working as it should be before closing the callShe was very patient and very understanding

I reviewed this company a few days ago with a negative review I would like to apologise for this negative review I have since managed to contact the company in Spain and Megan could not have been more helpful she identified the problem with my charger and took the time to remedy the fault My charger app is now online and working

Second to none service
The service received once contact finally made was absolutely fantastic Thank you to the engineer who completed the exchange Very helpful and gave far more information than the original fitters Not had any problems since the box was replaced so very happy

I had trouble connecting my wallbox to my phone and Internet Agata was excellent helping me resolve the issue This was resolved by replacing the unit The replacement was exceptionally quick and at no expense or work on my part All was handled by them Great service

Yesterday evening I was going to put my car on charge but couldn t access it on my app it couldn t find my charger Emailed the customer service and explain what happened and after maybe a couple of hours or maybe less but I wasn t checking my emails they update my charger with the last one and all was fine and charg my car Thank you for your quick answer and resolved my issue

Adding another user
We were have difficulty adding another user because of how we set it up and we spoke to Sarah on the helpline who had the problem sorted in no time She was so friendly and helpful We can t praise her enough for the help Thanks again Sarah you saved the day Definitely recommend this charger and the support

Wallbox wonder
Agata was a super lady who really proactively followed up on my issue with updating software She explained things to do simply and we got there in end She was based in Spain but her direction was clear and she may well have been at end of my street Lovely lady and would highly recommend firm
