Worst customer service I have experienced
Very poor customer service 1 Discount offered said 10 part exchange but the kettle was only 80 on amazon the discount of 10 was only 5 they wanted you to send your old kettle back which I agreed and sent out instructions out afterwards they company the use and them wanted you to use your box to send the kettle back in and drop it of at a location if your disabled or have difficulty you would struggle I complained usual of excuses and standard answers The product is especially aimed at disabled I would not recommend and they are not the cheapest

What an absolutely fantastic piece of
What an absolutely fantastic piece of kit Being a technophobe I was struggling to get the kettle to connect to the WiFi I sent an email this morning Saturday expecting a reply Monday Within three minutes weekett contacted me with a fantastic self help guide It s now working beautifully Highly recommend this kettle and the company too

Weekett smart kettle
Exceptional customer service from weekett Love the kettle and its smart feature of being able to switch it on from my phone Can even set a timer for it to come on when you get up or get in from work I 100 will endorse weekett as a fantastic efficient well oiled machine I wouldn t hesitate to by from this company again Thanks Team Weekett

Fantastic bit of kit
Fantastic bit of kit Did have a problem with the WIFI talked to the weekett team who where brilliant and had replacement kettle to me in 2 days reported the problem on Friday new kettle arrived Sunday Would not hesitate in recommending anyone to buy one of these

Very easy to link with Google
Very easy to set up link with Google fast boil very good structure and modern sleek look so easy to use im on go constantly working for nhs so quick brew before work after work on way home I know it s lazy but this thing is amazing def recommend Buy from weekett direct other wise other places charge 90 my only bug bare was delivery as it was a present took ages but it is coming up xmas too But all in all highly recommend

Stunning customer service
I bought smart kettle year ago It s a great product everything works as described Unfortunately started leaking it can happen I believe I contacted customer service and they offered replacement for a new one And apologized they can t dispatch the kettle same day This is what I call GREAT customer service Communication with them was friendly smooth and helpful I wish all the customer services would be like Team WeeKett

First smart kettle purchase no regrets
This was my first smart kettle purchase and I was a bit uncertain about connection to WiFi given some issues with smartplugs since our Internet upgraded The team at Weekett answered my questions and I gave it a whirl no regrets It s a great kettle We love being able to set it remotely particularly in the mornings - I now fill it up the night before ready to go And it s nice to buy from a UK business
