Very easy and arrived in record time

I rang there number on a Sunday afternoon regarding a product I tried to purchase and pay for by card which kept declining when I spoke to the lady on the phone who is called ivy that lady couldn t do enough for me she apologised thinking it was her machine to when after she attempted a payment and it went through on her card to find it was my fault she was very helpful and customer absolutely excellent I ordered my lint remover and it arrived as promised 2 days later again excellent customer service and if she could this lady will bend over backwards for you thank you ivy

My original order of a loop turner failed to appear Contact with the company was most efficient and a replacement was posted out immediately it having been established that my order had been lost in transit Emails between Andy and myself were replied to swiftly and most politely and a most satisfactory outcome reached 5 stars for customer service

Well Made Tools proved the well used adage it s not if there is a problem but how you deal with it that is the measure of a person or in this case a company Through no fault of their own there had been an issue with the suppliers of the product I had ordered the staff at Well Made Tools informed us immediately that there had been an unforeseeable problem They offered a couple of alternatives to try and resolve the issue as best they could We picked one of the options and they resolved the whole issue immediately As an owner of a small business we appreciate the frustration when outside influences effect your customer service Well Made Tools excelled themselves with this issue and I have every confidence to continue using them well done and thank you
