Utter garbage
Wolt has this idiotic policy that if something has to be replaced they won t charge you extra In practice this means that nothing will ever be replaced because stores are so stingy They simply ignore what you ordered So you end up with a grocery order without any bread or without any milk and have to go to store anyway after paying 8 bucks for the delivery In most cases you cannot contact the store or the delivery has already dispatched by the time they inform you about the changes If you need to contact customer support prepare to spend hours There can be 30 minutes between each reply They re delaying for so long that you ll either leave or fall asleep Some customer service personell have been rude or gone permanently offline in the middle of the conversation The one I ve been talking to for the past 65 minutes uses their nose to type and keeps forgetting what I wrote in the last message to avoid refunding 3 measly euros that I requested

Wolt takes payments from my credit card and refuses to explain what transactions have been made with my card because I am not using Wolt They say that due to data protection they cannot say what transactions are made with my card It would be the same that the bank takes money from my account and says that due to GDPR they cannot say why they took money from my account

You should never order food from wolt app if you have any complaint about the food you order from it even after a day we tell them they don t reply us the best food delivery app in serbia is glovo and mr d r just use it it s only restaurant is of no use to you It is an application that saves That s why we should never order food from this vault Even if something happens to you they are not responsible for it The food I ordered in the morning was bad smelling and spoiled food and I complained it at 9 am I complained it at 10 45 pm till now I have not been able to find a solution for this from them

Unacceptable service Waited 3 hours for my order while the delivery guy was constantly lying I think he was just hungry and ate my dinner Extremely rude and inefficient customer support After 3 hours waiting 15 mins in the cold outside where the delivery guy was supposed to be - only he wasn t they refunded my order without any compensation Delete your account and never use these scammers

The whole set-up is unprofessional
The whole set-up is unprofessional International phone numbers are not recognised Once I was finally able to register and place an order after a while food was shown as delivered when the courier person had not even contacted me Eventually I got a call from my hotel front desk and when I went to collect the food the delivery guy was very rude The pizza was stone cold and I didnt get a refund when I reported the problem through chat I travel the world and use so many food delivery services - but this takes the cake as the worst and most badly managed

Wolt Hungary support is the worst I ordered food which should arrive within 40min I was home all times and waiting for my intercom to ring as I ve added the information to my address details Please ring the intercom No one rang the doorbell noticed one missing phone call and tried to call back some robot in Hungarian and didn t understand a word Came to the customer support chat where they have just linked me the terms and conditions saying no refunds as I wasn t at home while the delivery took place I explained the situation that I was home but no one rang my door bell support agent replied but our courier said they did ring the doorbell like what Are you calling me a liar or what is this lol How can I prove you I was at home and there was no one ringing the door bell and the agent never replied to my message anymore

Delivered food with missing items They offered to send the missing items however that is not good enough when you order food you want everything together not with 30-45 minutes delay in between deliveries I asked for a redelivery of the whole order and offered to keep the already delivered part so I could return it They refused And when they did deliver the missing items it was the wrong items

Damaged order - no customer service
I order a pizza from my favorite place and the pizzas came so bad they were soggy and smashed into a strip I contacted the support we details and pictures and no proper response of help or compensation They reply sorry for the delay and disappear This is the worst kind of customer service with no way to call or contact someone if we are in trouble Money gone and no action Stay away from these holes

Customer services are awful
Customer services are awful I was a plus member with them and spent thousands on wolt using them daily I ordered one meal that was stone cold not even slightly warm I complained to customer services and was basically told I was lying with no support or refund offered in anyway outside a 5 gesture from a 30 order Bare in mind I placed hundreds of orders with Wolt very rarely complained the response and attitude from wolt was simply disgustingI will never use them again and I hope others see this before ordering Also note they haven t responded to any reviews here and looks like they have disabled Google reviews which I think says a lot about a company
