Yorkshire trading are fantastic
Yorkshire trading are fantastic I bought the second convector heater we bought both from YT I had it sent to a local post office unfortunately the company uses Evri courier s who are dreadful They lost the first heater and when I contacted YT they asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund They sent out the replacement and put it in express post through Evri I received notice it had arrived at the shop When I went to collect it Evri had put a stop and return notice on my heater I had to get YT on the phone and after some time they sent information to the shop so they could release the heater yt are great Evri are disgusting I don t know how they get any business at all
