I thought the viewing process for a rental property was good We didn t get the property we wanted but service was professional and provided excellent communication Much more professional than most estate agents I have dealt with for viewing rental properties I would like to thank Felicity in particular at the Belper branch

Emily - Canterbury Your Move

I ve been with Your Move for over a year now and just moved into a second student property The first one was rather horrendous admittedly but this year the house is almost perfect However regardless of house issues or otherwise we have been managed by Emily Smythe at the Canterbury branch and I couldn t fault her at all She is absolutely wonderful and always available to help us with any queries or issues we may have She also goes out of her way to check that everything is okay especially after our disappointing first property - which is really lovely Emily is also one of the few people we have interacted with through agencies that does not treat us as anything but normal adults despite being students which is really refreshing

Great estate agents awful conveyancers

The estate agents were very helpful and did all they could to get a successful completion to the sale of my property The only downside was the solicitors that they recommended to do the conveyancing who were awful Your Move did their best to progress things by constantly haranguing them In the end we got there Thank-you Your Move
