Zehnder MVHR system

I am in the latter stages of putting together a professional flight simulator business due to losing my airline job as a result of the downturn brought on by the pandemic I was pointed in the direction of Zehnder for a Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery MVHR system to ventilate the cockpit and adjacent briefing room area at my facility - somewhat essential in this Covid world I had the great fortune to be passed to Gareth in After Sales on my initial call His knowledge patience and willingness to embrace what in ventilation industry terms is an unusual project was highly impressive Over a number of calls and emails he offered in-depth unbiased advice that has assisted me greatly in putting together a cost-effective but highly efficient system I began the process knowing nothing about air systems but came out with a solid grasp of how things fit together All I can say is if you are in the business for a ventilation system whether domestic or otherwise you MUST speak to this man He is brilliant For those interested I went for a CA155 WM Zehnder unit

I d like to congratulate Gareth on his kindness patience and courtesy in talking me through programming my new heated towel rail He deserves a medal This is not true of the designers who assume one can lie on the floor to pair the programmer with the towel rail and who do not understand how difficult it is to see tiny numbers on the screen of the programmer Nor is it true of the authors of the operating instructions

My daughter moved into a new build Extractor fan failure

My daughter moved into a new build 3 years ago the ceiling fan stopped working after 18 months My daughter asked me to take a look and I found it had been installed incorrectly which more than likely caused the premature failure of the fan unit After contacting Greenwood Aftersales Mandi they said they were glad for the feedback and would provide a replacement fan

We were looking for a Zehnder radiator and couldn t find it as no longer made We need it to match others in our house Eventually I contacted the After Sales department and Gareth was great Immediately he emailed back and said they could make us one to match and answered all our questions etc Brilliant Jackie organised the order and it is now paid for and we are waiting for delivery in about 4 weeks Thank you both very much

I love my Zehnder radiators Recently I have chosen from the very stylish Charleston range but I also have a variety of their other designs to suit the style of each room All look very smart especially as Zehnder offer a very wide choice of colour and finish options The customer service I have received has been excellent and I also had superb support from the technical department to make changes to the thermostat settings this was in order to maximise heating efficiency within a particular open plan space Zehnder radiators are robust and of a very high quality
