I very nearly booked with Ryanair car rental then I read their reviews on Trust Pilot-Simply Horrendous A little bit of research showed this as a Which Approved organisation and they lived up to it Very helpful and easy to deal with right throughout I will certainly use again and highly recommend

Who knew you could actively like a car rental company First experience of Zest booking a car from LAX as a UK customer By far they were the best value - including an additional driver which was a large expense from other companies including direct and upgraded insurance I did get a bit of a hard sell from the company on insurance and an upgrade which I politely declined I fed this back to Zest and they kindly responded to my feedback and said they d pass it onto the company Real pro-active ownership which is a real breath of fresh air in this day and age

Very pleased with Zest car rental service They act as an agent and provide options on types of vehicles and rental providers during the booking process which was easy to follow with well explained insurance products I took out their top up comprehensive insurance which is much better value and cover than provided by rental providers I had to make a claim on my return to cover some damage costs incurred due to a minor accident The process was straight forward and the insurer used by Zest handled the claim quickly and efficiently I would definitely book car rental and insurance through Zest again

The booking process was easy to follow and offered a variety of choices at very good rates When we needed to vary our booking requirement the staff were very helpful personable and sorted our request quickly and efficiently

Have used Zest Car Rental since 2009 under Economy Car Hire give exceptional service and provide good quality cars at a reasonable prices Recently booked hire car through Click Rental Malaga Airport during October had real bad experience regarding damaged door lock and was charged for the damage to the lock on the vehicle which I thought was a scam by the Click Car Rental as when I returned the car there was no damage and the photo and video taken at the time of hire showed two small paint chips above the door lock which was not on the photographs provided by Clink Rental Zest Car Rental where great and investigated the foresaid damage and gave a full refund after investigation It shows how important it is to take photos and videos of the vehicle prior to taking the vehicle on hire and when returning the vehicle in the same condition as hired Many thanks to Zest Car Rental and the team especially Jamie Sides for his thorough investigation and excellent outcome Will be continuing to use Zest Car Rental for many years to come Edward Maybank
