Another response another lie All paperwork and voucher stated 1200 deposit When I was asked for 1350 on collection I assumed this covered the mileage pack which I AGREED to purchase Dishonest staff conveniently choosing not to include this to make them a bit of commission on collection I d assume I m not even asking for all the money back I m asking for the difference between the 100 I AGREED to pay and the and the additional 100 this company has stolen from me

Scratch Scam Show

Rented in Portugal Lisbon Scam company Invent scratches on a bumper where allready several scratches were present They just grab the money from your credit card and there is no defense by the poor customer Low initial price and then they make money on the invented damages I will never rent OK Rental again Wrote their customer service No answer after several months waiting If you like to gamble you can try as they do not allways have the scratch story If you like the low price and consider renting make sure to have full damage covering with OK-Rent in ordr to avaid surprises when you return the car

An absolute shocking sham of a company

An absolute shocking sham of a company it took us 2 hours to pick up our car While standing and waiting they treated some customers appallingly They were rude when challenged and will try it on with fake insurance On your return and dropping off your car if you don t have their expensive insurance you will be penalised with having to wait in more queues they have no system for a quick drop off How and guess our car was crap and the battery was flat DO NOT USE THESE BELTERS

My experience with this company is BAD

My experience with this company is already 6 months old And I had almost forgotten about my overall very bad experience until today when they suddenly charge my card with a 50 fine for a supposed traffic fine Without any documentation I am docked 50 admin fee without including any proof Similarly when I delivered the car back I was docked an extra half day of 27 even though I delivered the car within the time frame of one weeks rental Their rental prices are ok and the car is fine but overall it is not a trustworthy company concept

Accidentally put wrong date 1 day for arrival I had prepaid and they cancelled my car rental Also required an international drivers lic though right next door you just needed your providence state lic total scam and disputed on my CC

no deposit refund and by the way they do not only make a deposit from your credit card they actually charge you then no way to contact them no response on email phone - rentalcars got to talk to them and they said they forgot to close the contract and still no refund - avoid

Having dodged the you must have our insurance hard sell we went to collect our car It was parked in the darkest part of the garage in Palma airport and extensively took photos of all the pre-existing scratches etc as their documentation was woeful Returned the car to their brightly lit assessment area and after a lengthy forensic examination a barely perceptible new scratch damage was discovered This took so long and discussing this I begrudgingly agreed to a 360 euro charge or we would have missed our flight Competitive price becomes an expensive mistake Dishonest unprofessional rude staff and organisation
