My Zoom price plan says my estimated cost is 138 yet I was charged 166 1 It is impossible to find an email address for Zoom - none of their email addresses work and all messages come back as undelivered 2 Why have an untransparent estimated cost in the first place Zoom has lost me as a customer It is a rogue company that scams customers out of their money with untransparent subscriptions and then makes it impossible to file a complaint

Zoom is a scam

I had a paid zoom account for approx 7 years then I let it lapse I rejoined zoom with another email address at great expense with an annual payment - this was 3 months ago and I have not been able to access my account since When I try to get support I am told that my account does not allow me to speak to someone I keep being sent in the same circle to access support I need to speak to someone to sort this out I am in tears of frustration with the total lack of support On top of this I cannot cancel my subscription Zoom has become a total scam

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced Zoom has overbilled me by 2 744 AND I can not get through to anyone to solve it I ve submitted multiple tickets they close them without responding I have called they transfer my call and say they can not help me The charged me an overage fee of 2 578 50 for cloud recording My previous bills where 26 75 There was no notification that I was going over on storage The amount showed 10 month for storage Even if I had been charged the most amount on the website for 2T of storage it would have been 200 a month - NOT 2 578 50 I can not change my plan or cancel There is no place on the website to do that except through email I have emailed they will not respond to me I can not get through to customer support on the phone unless I pay for upgraded support However I just paid 2744 and they still will not talk to me This is the WORST experience I have had yet These policies have got to be against consumer rights Consumers MUST have a way to cancel with a service and companies must be required to disclose erroneously high overage fees if a consumer is accumulating a bill equal to TEN THOUSAND percent more This is ridiculous I contacted them immediately following the charge and I still have had no follow up or resolution Even though I was told multiple times they would do so

Really poor customer service

I ve been using Zoom for years without problems But a few days ago they overcharged me by over 100 for an add-on Since then I have been calling repeatedly and been unable to get through to the billing department Yesterday I pressed the button for a call back and never got one I called the Sales Department and got a response immediately I explained the situation and asked to be put through to billing I was then transferred again to the endless hold So disappointing I m going to start looking for a Zoom alternative

Tracking Cookies

Thank God they did the update that caused my Zoom app not to open at all In the process of trying to remedy the situation including uninstalling reinstalling 5 times to no avail getting no customer support what so ever besides some auto-bot that was USELESS I found Tracking cookies from them in my computer tracking my web activity etc Unacceptable deceitful Why would they even need to know what other sites I click on Very suspect

Where do I begin The worst We are a healthcare company that signed up during Covid so we could treat our patients remotely Well that s over and we ve been trying to cancel since June They have been giving us the run around for months but in the meantime keep charging me I had to put a vendor block on my American Express card and now they are saying we have to pay the two months before they will cancel Well a big middle finger to you zoom Do not use this company Beware

Took money from my account a week

Took money from my account a week before Christmas for a subscription I never signed up too they refuse to refund the amount on the basis that it was done through Google Pau and I need to contact Google Pay for a refund This is not how refunds work

If I could have rated lower than 1 I would have After 6 months of waiting on a phone service refund of over 300 for a service I never requested or used Zoom has decided they don t want to issue a refund Now I ll file with my credit card wholly based on the principle of this ridiculous decision You deserve to lose customers

Its not the best video streaming platform

It used to be good when it had much more time per meeting but now we have to wait for 10 mins after every zoom call it is like zoom is making it mandatory to get the premium version to access all its features
