A proper working jacket

Refused to refinance my balloon
four years never missed a payment credit score went up if anything. asked to refinance the balloon portion only and they flat said no. wouldnt give a reason just computer says no. then i find a marker on my credit file that wasnt there before. feels deliberate to stop me leaving

Dirty caravan and no refund
