we went for electric blinds after looking around online and Broadview talked us through the controls. I liked that they showed us how the remote worked rather than just handing us a leaflet on the day. The survey visit was accurate and the installation took less time than I expected. Wasn't sure what thickness would work behind our shower tray so I rang up and got a proper explanation rather than a sales pitch. Went with what they suggested and the result looks brilliant. Handy having samples posted out first so we could check the colour against the tiles.

Bought this for my mum who is in her 80s and she has been working on it every afternoon since it arrived.
