Waiting on hold for nearly an hour

Called about a card payment that got declined and sat in the queue for 50 minutes. Got through eventually and the lady on the other end was decent, but by then I'd already sorted it from another account. The phone lines need looking at.

Three weeks and still waiting

I ordered on the 4th and was promised delivery within two working days. Nothing arrived, then two messages asking for stock updates were ignored. When I finally got through, I was told the order had been cancelled without anyone telling me. The one decent thing was that the refund reached my account, although it took almost a month to process.
