We are frequent flyers to the USA and
We are frequent flyers to the USA and have previously and almost exclusively used Virgin Atlantic I am not certain how that company has gone from first to last in terms of service and customer satisfaction but we have had to look for a new partner If our first experience of Aer Lingus is anything to go by we have found them Our flight from Manchester to Orlando is exactly how I expect flights to be great service plane food and staff no delays and perfect in every sense

Faultless flight experience
I flew from Dublin to Manchester with Aer Lingus after an awful experience with Ryanair I found the staff to be really polite and professional the plane was clean and no issues with boarding or delays etc I will say the in flight crew looked slightly unkempt but who cares I m sure I look far worse at work There s honestly nothing I can complain about the whole experience was smooth and pleasant Purely writing from my own experience obviously read the other reviews and exercise caution

Excellent customer service at Dublin
Excellent customer service at Dublin airport We flew Aer Lingus Glasgow to Dublin and missed our flight to JFK by minutes along with about 10 others However a member of the ground crew Marina took it upon herself during her break to sort us all out with seats on a flight two hours later Very helpful and amiable service from her and her colleagues

Always had a good experience
Always had a good experience with this airline when flying with them Today phoned up to book our seats as seat selection wasn t available online It did take a little while to get through not surprising with phoning at a busy time but once we were through we had such a nice gentleman answer the phone and help us and sorted the seats super quickly along with finding us a really good spot on the plane as we are travelling with a baby

I have flown 3 times with Aer Lingus
I have flown 3 times with Aer Lingus transatlantically between the U K and the U S I m a satisfied customer and Aer Lingus is my airline of choice Good service decent meals on board and flights on time and never delayed I once had to book a flight last-minute from Dublin to Chicago and the price online was not too much more expensive although it was a few hours from departure The food they serve for dinner tastes good 2 meat or 1 vegetarian option and they also serve breakfast and tea on a 7-hour flight If you have trouble reaching customer service by phone just message them using Facebook messenger and you will get a response from a real customer service agent within a couple hours

Changed my flight
I needed to change my flight and could no longer do it on the website for some reason Whilst the response from messenger was slow and it took a little time to get through to the call centre which was a little frustrating when I did speak to someone the agent changed my flight quickly and was really friendly

Great experience
I recently flew with Aerlingus to Birmingham from Belfast and I was very impressed well informed before trip with email easy check-in and obtaining boarding pass through app flight left exactly on time for both flights very pleasant cabin crew while in airport lots of other flights being cancelled from different airlines I will use them in future Carol Northern Ireland

I honestly think some of the previous
I honestly think some of the previous reviewers are forgetting the times we live in We flew Aer Lingus from Manchester to Orland in June of 2022 - just when all the travel chaos were kicking off We were nervous but it was for nothing Super friendly and helpful staff flight itself super smooth We had a family emergency while away and had to return early Absolutely no issues changing the flights and their app is really good My friend has also used them several times over the years to visit me as they are the only airline to fly from her city and never had issues

Great airline
Great airline Warm welcome onboard and flexible Irish attitude Crew interacted with kids during the flight and joked with the adults Airport staff are caring and helpful even when understaffed and dealing with disruptions Flew with them last week left my iPad onboard A crew member found me in the baggage hall and returned my iPad to me
