My first int l travel in 12 years The inexpensive RT BWI to major destinations including for me AMS was the clincher Bought extra baggage picked seats priority boarding Boarding was smooth flights were comfortable the A C was kept on for the flight - big bonus I like the strict size limit on carry-ons no one hogging the cabin space The only issue was Keflavik Intl Disorganized and chaotic about half escalators not running so it is especially tough on us seniors Had to walk upstairs to check in downstairs to gate get on a bus and walk upstairs to the plan Fellow passengers very considerate though I would fly them again and again Aside from the minor inconveniences a great experience

Great first time experience
Great first time experience flying to Amsterdam from BWI instead of the dreaded Dulles airport Everything went smoothly and the price can t be beat I liked the stopover in Reykjavik as well Better than one long haul in a bigger clumsier plane Definitely will PLAY again

Very gentle the hostess and stewart
The first thing i noticed i that the hostess and stewart onboard the flight were very devoted and professional They really made our flight pleasant specially a Little blond girl on our flight from london stansted to keflavik on the 8th of november The flight was more than on time even arrived earlier No complain at all

Unbeatable Prices US - Europe
Prices are unbeatable to Europe Accept the fact you aren t getting food on the flight - just bring your own - you are saving a lot of money anyways To truly take advantage of their fares yes you should avoid checking bags but for shorter trips it s ideal

Everything was completely fine and went smoothly
Everything was completely fine I was worried booking because of all the negative reviews but I now just understand people only leave reviews when something bad has happened not when it all goes well Flight was pretty much on time and the flight attendants were nice it was all good

It s exactly what is advertised Affordable transportation The seats are exactly what you find on the major carriers same or better comfort since they are new both airplanes we traveled with were very new Airbuses same leg room etc The cabin staff was friendly and accommodating The pilots buttered both landings smooth flying
