Absolute joke my flight was delayed so

Absolute joke my flight was delayed so it meant I was late back I was back the next day early morning I had paid a additional 1 50 late arrival fee at time of booking but when I tried to get my car out they still charged me 16 to leave the car park as I went past my time I was in car park 2 they advertised wide spaces another joke the cars are parked like sardines avoid

Zone 6 - No Bus

Arrived at 6am parked as normal no issues Then went to the nearest bus stop in zone 6 with 2 other people 2 other people then joined 1 hour later still no bus only to find out that bus stop was out of service No signs no communication prior and the parkers had been driving past us When confronted they didn t care that we were all now an hour late because of this Really poor

Manchester terminal 3 meet greet Pick my car up at night in a badly lit multi storey car park which was impossible to examine the car properly Next morning l found that the front offside fog light had been damaged plus the bumper around the fog light Which they will not acknowledge Last time I will use them

Very poor on return to exitPD 5 at

Very poor on return to exit CPD 5 at Birmingham had made first attempt at all 4 no barriers without success so phoned office and told to try again no success again second time on phone took a long while to respond other cars were going through OK whistle waiting on phone still no luck Back again to phone same response all four barriers would not pass me BUT then one lifted by itself for example to pass WHAT A PERFORMANCE

Absolute shambles

Absolute shambles Arrival all good return was a complete mess No ticket to exit carpark had to wait over 40 minutes while they got some at least 10 other customers waiting meaning we did not leave the carpark until after 10pm with a 2 5 hour journey still to do No explanation car filthy just left to stand there and wait Will never use again can t understand why they have the rating they do which is what I went on in the first place Staff rude and unhelpful just told to sit in the car and wait very poor and can t really describe how angry I was

Used Humberside Airport parking car

Used Humberside Airport parking car park 2 I use airport parking a lot as i travel a lot and this car park is so expensive compared to other UK airport parking Yes it is very near main terminal building but that is the only can positive about it Car park full of pot holes and uneven ground a nightmare when trying to drag luggage along I think cat park has bin in since airport was built many years ago and is definitely not designed for modern 4 x 4 vehicles at all No space when car is parked Over priced and poorly maintained car park would not recommend

Check before you fly

No communication before arriving at airport which we wasn t worried about as we always book the same carpark Returned to Birmingham airport and when leaving car park was told we needed to pay 944 Called customer service who could not find the booking and told us Airparks normally has small print to say it s carpark 5 and not carpark 1 which you booked after a few more questions he let us through the gates Not the sort of trauma you want to face after a 14 hour flight

No directions on email verification

No directions on email verification could not find car park nobody i asked at Dublin airport had a clue where it was we drove round for 30 minutes looking for it at they end up just had to go into a different car park They don t answer phone calls or emails when asking for help

Absolutely Joke 48 minutes total time NOT 3 minutes

Birmingham AirportAirparks Express12 11 2024Booked for 17 301 their own link in the email for Google maps is WRONG - ends you up between two roundabouts2 Worst bit Trades description act breach of law as they are Airport EXPRESS parking and by definition means faster than the non express parks - we waited an appalling 45 minutes before the shuttle came - we could of walked it more than twice over So at 18 15 - that s 45 minutes wait plus 3 minutes travel is 48 minutes ShockingIn the 30 plus years of traveling all NON express air port car parks in Birmingham have been way faster I m surprised they haven t been taken to court over the use of the word EXPRESS because it simply isn t AVOID AT ALL COST GO WITH THE CHEAPER NON EXPRESS AIRPORT CAR PARKS EVEN IF THEY ARE FURTHER OUT THEY LL DEFINITELY BE FASTER

Not that premium - Do not recommend

I used Premium Self Park in Luton - surface of the car park was appaling many pot holes so you can lose your tyre easily Uneven surface so it s impossible to actually use wheels on your suitcase No help provided during loading and off loading of luggage - driver simply ignored people Not sure what s premium about that I will never used this car park again I used Airparks self park before and that was much better experience
