Probably the worst airport car park Not a safe walk

Probably the worst airport car park experience I have ever had The car park suggested was the mid stay for terminal 1 and 3 at Manchester It turned out to be a long and dangerous route to terminal 1 with no pedestrian path route m many dangerous routes crossings and a very rough surface for pulling cases Not suitanpbke for elderly pedestrians at all And bpno signage or tge route at the car park

You sold me a parking space in a car

You sold me a parking space in a car park that has not existed for who knows how long Because of your ignorance I was stressed at 5am to find the car park completely empty and deserted With not much time left before my flight I was forced to leave my car in a long stay car park where on my return I paid 90 for three days I expect a full refund from you - 90 for the long stay plus a full refund for your car park What you have done is simply outrageous and has put me under enormous stress

Birmingham - no clear signs to find where they are on arrival - however once found no problems Return - phoned as instructed to say we were at luggage carousel - informed to ring a second time once we had collected bags - did this approx 15 mins later walked to car park to observe our car being driven out of the carpark when asked the man there very rude and stated that he had to move the car as it had been there too long and we needed to ring if we were delayed - informed we were not delayed and actually landed about 15 mins earlier and had rang twice whilst in airport - again rudely dismissed by him

Parking vehicles for collection

Not very good when it comes to parking Land Rover Freelander as a passenger with assistance travel and disable wearing a space boot my car was parked in yellow so close to terminal and close to the next vehicle driver side door about 150mm from the next vehicle at a angle with about 80 mm between bumpers No way can I get in Had to get in via passenger side lean over to slide driver seat full back To get in myself 75 yr old pensioner Hence sorry 1 star rating this time

Well after paying 91 we got to camera

Well after paying 91 we got to camera wouldn t let us in so spoken to one of your staff members to get us in a proper rude lady asked for vehicle reg gave it to her she couldn t find our booking so checked that we we re booked in Mid 1 car park un be knowing to me because I d booked an hour before it doesn t show on your system so her reply was go to Mid 3 collect a coin argue the toss when we arrive homeI m sorry but I m wasn t moving until we got in after paying 90So she eventually let us in hooray Then coming out after our holiday same again the barrier wouldn t open so again spoke to a chap who said that we should have been in Mid 3 alsoIt s an absolute joke so unfortunately we will not be using you again Kind regards Mr M Kemp

I picked up my car and drove off happy

I picked up my car and drove off happy then noticed my dash cam was unplugged I tried to insert cord while driving and thought I will sort tomorrow When I inserted power cord it said no card detected I removed memory card and noted the terminals and been damaged I can t prove anything but it seems like my car was used where it shouldn t and whoever realised it was recording decided to make sure they didn t get caught the annoying thing thing is the damage memory card has damaged the camera itself

Staff s attitude

When I dropped the car off on the 3rd Dec the guy at the desk did the transaction very quickly He looked and like he would rather be somewhere else The worst part was the return The lady behind the desk reminded me of the Little Britain character computer says no Very poor customer service abrupt and left me feeling like I was imposing on her own time I would recommend some training on how to communicate with customers

I would NOT use this carpark again

I would not use this carpark again We arrived at 4 30am got in and parked The carpark was quite full so we had a bit of a walk to the bus stop at the entrance which would have been fibe apart from the entire road walkways was a thick sheet of ice It was very dangerous and impossible to walk on without falling plus you are trying to push cases etc No grit or salt placed in the carpark there were many parts where standing was even impossible as the ice was so thick and slippy it was like glass There was no area safe to walk on After about 20 mins which should have taken about 2 mins we get to the bus stop for the bus to drive right past us and the other people waiting We went into the cabin where the staff were to complain about the car park ice to be told what do you want me to do about it Felt like saying get up off your lazy ass and not just sit in here and do nothing Was also told we are the last stop for the bus and nothing we can do if its full Eventually we had to walk 25 mins into the airport as still no bus even though its meant to come every 8 mins If you had someone disabled eith you a wheelchair user the elderly or young children that car park ice was lethal and would have seriously hurt someone

Don t bother wasting your time with these clowns

What a circus of a set up Our flight was cancelled because of Storm Eowyn Had to fly next day I rang to inform Holiday extras what was happening They could not change reservation as it all ready started even though their office and live chat is unavailable out of office hours Given car park phone number to ring Airpark car park directly No answer left voicemail No communication for three hours rang Airparks at headquarters The person I spoke said just turn up and reservation would be honoured and be let in Turned up next day even though my reservation was paid in full and running from day before I was refused entry because reservation had been cancelled Holiday extras said reservation wasn t cancelled when I contacted them The person on the car park entrance said I could pay again 20 per day even though I had a valid paid reservation Had to park in a quick alternative car park because of time constraints and stress On either booking sites on line are you not able to change reservation because of flight cancellation as reservation had started The system doesn t recognise you had not entered car park so you are able tochange So don t waste your time trying to contact these clowns when there are changes totally out of your control
