Had a great experience The system made a mistake with my car registration number was from my old car but staff was brilliant and sorted everything out Also we had a delay coming back due to snow and were not charged any extra Thanks

Airparks takes the stress out of

Airparks takes the stress out of parking Online booking is simple and Airparks offer discounts on the standard rates of airport parking often making them the cheapest option in comparison to other sites which offer parking I love the number plate recognition at the barrier to the car park this stops me from trying to load an app whilst driving up to the barrier They have thought of everything It is a shame spaces aren t numbered to park in but that does not always work anyway in a busy environment

Can t complain as every time I use

Can t complain as every time I use Airpark Birmingham everything goes to plan and the staff are always friendly even if very early in the morning or late at night

Birmingham Airport

Parked at Birmingham Airport Airparks Express on Bickenhill Lane Arrived at around 0330 and the service was flawless got a ticket and was guided to a space by their van The shuttle bus waited for us to unload our car and helped with the cases On return waited for around 15 minutes for the shuttle Great experience and a much lower price than the adjacent Official NCP airport parking

Good experience but be sure to pick a reputable 3rd party firm

Booked Purple Parking at Heathrow Terminal 5 via Airparks This went flawlessly well and our car was waiting for us which was a relief as we had been away for 4 weeks and really didn t need a problem when we got home Would add though that on a previous trip another parking firm which we had booked with through an intermediary to be honest I m not sure if we used Airparks had gone bust while we were away Nevertheless the car was there for us as another firm had taken on their work So I would advise people still to pick a reputable third party firm and I d say if at LHR 5 Purple Parking are in my experience very good
