Professional job by Tom and Julia and staff credit to the company

The company were very informative and very prompt with updates and emails Professional customer service and very friendly and helpful Tom and Julia arrived well in advance which was very good for me They were very professional quick and hardly no mess They even cleaned up which I will tell the wife I did obviously Good chats and a laugh Credit to the company Thank you again for the high standards of work Mr Booth

Dreaded Dry Rot

We ve had Allerton Damp proofing in all this week to sort out some dry rot All of the staff who have been to my house have been very nice to deal with and today Tom the plasterer and Peter and Robert have gone out of their way to do a good job Peter and Robert being here until 6pm as there was an awkward joinery job under my large bay window I am very satisfied with their work and work ethic Thank you The only criticism that I have is that despite our job being booked in three weeks before the start date we were only given 3 days notice that we had to vacate our property for 3 days 2 nights due apparently to the treatment being used in our house to treat the dry rot I did mention this when on the phone to the office Hopefully this is an unusual oversight
