Worst possible experience
They will only accept you if you are spotless If you say that you ever had the flu they will ask you for medical reports from 20 years ago current checks and analyses studies of subjacent causes and will exclude any kind of problem you may ever have in your respiratory ways Very slow answer time 4 weeks waiting for their assessment of the medical report demanding and insulting tone for such an expensive insurance It is a waste of your time energy and good mood

Take a lot of money for not doing their job
I paid a lot of money to this company over the years for my health insurance Eventually I had a doctor s appointment and had to make a claim The submission seemed straightforward enough I just filled a form on the app with my bill information However a long silence ensued only broken by a letter from my doctor reminding me to pay the bill I checked the allianz app to find that they had silently closed the claim since they did not get any feedback from the healthcare provider Why did I not receive any notification of this The same thing happened to my partner at a similar time I ended up paying the bill myself and cutting ties with this thieving company

Dealing with Allianz is a greater trauma than the illness they are supposed to treat
We have been with Allianz since 2005 Our premiums have more than trebled in that time - we are a captive market and can t go anywhere else Every interaction with them is a major trauma If your case is not urgent its all but ignored A call centre agent said a case only becomes urgent if they are chased by the patient My recent near death experience has eventually resulted in Allianz arguing the toss over a Euro15 charge On a follow up they have sat on the treatment guarantee form until the day before my supposed procedure and I have just spent an hour trying to sort it out If you re about to buy health insurance go somewhere else If your company uses Allianz urge them to look at BUPA

I Would give 0 Stars if possible
I Would give 0 Stars if possible They always request new documents for claims although everything is submitted to them The Support never really answers it takes weeks to get an answer Telephone Support is useless aswell as they always want to forward and then no one is reachable Its a scam really Worst experience I have ever haved with an insurance If you want to spend your time with emails and phone calls to the insurance then sign up with them

THE WORST Please don t go to allianz Its like a game for them they keep rejecting claims and asking for weird documents and see ic you have the time to challenge them I have twin babies They would accept one baby claim and deny the other while it is exactly the same claim with exactly same history and same documents You don t understand They refuse to reimburse completly saying its above market rates while the expenses come from hospitals within their own networks They app is a scam always lagging can t see which claim relate to what Its horrible sincerly don t sign with them you will be better off I gave birth 6 months ago my hospital bill is not settled yet because they keep transferring from department to department while it was a simple c section Its the worst insurance really don t take it

To old for insurance
I went online search for medical insurance in Thailand got in touch with Allianz whom then sent me for a medical3 weeks later got reply saying they would not give me insurance The Doctor who gave me the Medical informed me I was in good shape for my age with a few minorDefects Thank god they knocked me back after reading these reports I have since got medical insurance with no medical involved This company said I was to old for insurance well your loss and my gain

Literally the worst
Literally the worst I tried to file a claim but they insisted they needed certain documentation I adamantly and repeatedly told them I had NO access to while the documentation I provided was insufficient I will never again use this company The customer service is terrible as well

DO NOT SIGN WITH ALLIANZ DENTAL INSURANCE All is ok until the customer has to sign and pays regularly every month The moment you claim something they go and spy into your whole life back years and years up to 7 years back in my case to find something they can use to say they are not entitled to pay for your treatment Disappointing behaviour and totally uncooperating personnel

Their procedures are designed to thwart the payment of any claim You can never speak to the person handling the claim only the customer service rep who has limited data to look at and this provides no record of the call The company takes 10 business days to process anything and then sends a snail mail which takes that many more days The letter says a response is needed within a certain time or the claim will be terminated That deadline is usually perilously close to when the letter is received Despite over 10 calls I only once received a call back to go over any and all the remaining items They just kept adding on after I had sent what they asked for I have to think most people just give up

pointless ticket insurance
We purchased ticket insurance for a Vegas show through Ticketmaster Cancel tickets for any reason this is extremely misleading Our flight changed and so we missed the show and our claim was denied and then the review was denied Do not waste your money on this extremely limited insurance
