Prime Members are Shafted by Amazon

And there we have it After years of being a loyal Prime customer we are now all going to get shafted because the shareholders of Amazon are not stinking rich enough yet Make no mistake Amazon DOES NOT need to increase their fee by 33 they are just extremely greedy and could not give a toss about their customers we are merely to be milked for our hard earned cash I used to be quite impressed with Amazon That reputation is quickly starting to go down the pan Time to look for an alternative A well deserved one star review

Scammers

Never received Amazon is taking no responsibility and making up new reasons and giving new requirements each time I contact them with previous requirement completed People on the phone are laughing about people on the chat close it when they want now they are telling me they will not post the review if I don t remove few aspects Still poor joke or fraud already Even police have already explained why it s not a crime but they will copy and paste same lines asking for physically not possible to issue crime report Has been going in circles with them for few weeks now and they don t seem to want to help

Cross is an understatement

I had prime last year and back in December i cancelled it as i no longer want it i gave plenty time before the due date so to speak well didn t they take it out anyway im so so cross and got no help when i told them my money was for another direct debit that will now be underfunded Never again will i use them if i could give a - star id give -10 stars

DON T BUY ITEMS OVER 1K ON AMAZON

Terrible company there were two parcels arriving one containing the iPhone 15 for nearly 1 5k one with a case and powerbank for it The driver arrived asked for the one time password gave us the parcel with the phone case and left didn t give us the iPhone parcel it was heavy and substantial a large powerbank I ve assumed the other parcel will come later until I ve checked the app and saw it s my iPhone has arrived as well Now Amazon won t do anything because that stupid code was used and I lost 1349 wonderful Just wonderful They won t let me get the EMEI number so I can block the phone with police they won t let through to their ADR scheme alternative dispute resolution scheme they gave me all these contradictory answers PLEASE DO NOT BUY EXPENSIVE THINGS ON AMAZON

Amazon stole my money

i ordered some items on 3rd from 3 private sellers money left my bank but never reached the 3 sellers if the sellers don t receive the payments by 10th i will have to cancel my orders and never buy from amazon again tried contacting them and 5 different people left the live chat and couldn t be bothered to do anything about it i assume amazon stole the payment money

Utterly useless

Utterly useless 2 days running we have returned home to find parcels sitting outside the front door for anyone and everyone to see Won t be purchasing from Amazon again EVER

Disgusting customer service and delivery service

Disgusting customer service I bought an item for more than 1K and I still didn t receive it after several days passed the promised delivered date On the app it shows the parcel is lost however is not my business to know if the parcel is lost or not I just want to receive it After making loads of phone calls in regards of that they still don t know when the item will arrive I checked online to buy a new one and they have the item in stock The quality of Amazon service is below par

Absolutely dreadful customer service

Absolutely dreadful customer service My partner tried to speak to customer services about an item that had been stolen transferred to different departments about 5 times then they ended the chat He tried again this cycle went on about 3 times until he gave up He tried calling them today and explained his issue to have the phone hung up on him he called again and eventually the man said I have nothing more to say and he hung up Absolutely terrible customer service nobody is taking accountability He s not even bothered about the missing chair anymore it s the poor customer service No complaints department to complain to either

Absolute Nightmare

Ordered Fleece Sweatshirt for my husband for Xmas item never delivered to Post Office Have contact Amazon requesting Refund spoken to at Andrea Grace Musta Hannah etc who really couldn t give a dam make up every excuse in the book not too refund me they even put the phone down on my husband I m left feeling frustrated and traumatised NEVER AGAIN I LL GO TO THE SHOPS IN FUTURE STAY CLEAR THEY RE CON-ARTISTS
