Customer service is excellent at problem resolution The problem is more so with some of the companies selling on there not delivering the same level of customer service Even when its clear from the reviews the company isn t providing products as described they are still able to sell Amazon need to be stricter with sellers

I finally spoke to someone at Amazon HQ about that book She promised to send a copy to arrive tomorrow This three act opera has been ongoing since 21st September

Consistently impeccable service for many years on Prime delivery and managing refunds Needs to watch for price scalpers on the platform though One thing I don t like is when you make a very specific search and the results flood you with knock off alternatives One star off for that

I know there are a lot of bad reviews here But I must admit I have the complete opposite experience with Amazon Prime deliveries than what most describe here I use amazon a lot I literally have made hundreds of orders over the last 4 years And have had very few problems In the few cases there was an issue these have been resolved with out any problems The only caveat and thus one missing star is sometimes they arrange collections with Yodel Which is well not great

I enjoy shopping with this company I have had my issues with them throughout the years But they haven t put me off from purchasing from them When you have a problem its easy to contact them and it usually gets resolved very quickly Had to take 1 star off due to their drivers Some are rude say they have handed the parcel to me when they haven t leaving parcels in open area for others to see or when they don t follow my instructions when entering my apartment building Overall i m happy with Amazon and hope to continue to be

I would have given a five star but the first call handler was something else I spoke with a call handler Ali but he told me his name on email will show as Sayed A Anyway he handled my call with emphaty understanding and clarity Ali Sayed A took into consideration my hidden vulnerabilities hearing impairment and offered ways to assist to make our call easier Amazing This is a rarity He explained the whole process including his name on email and how long before I receive refund He completed EVERYTHING he said he would do Thank you Since I m unable to respond to link in his email I am using this Trustpilot platform to express my appreciation Amazon co uk may I suggest more trained call handlers like Ali Sayed A or a dedicated team for vulnerable customers They would make ALL the difference for customers with hidden vulnerabilities UnderstandingHiddenVulnerabilitiesMatters

Overall mostly happy I pay the yearly annual fee Which covers most deliveries next day I also take advantage of watching the free films on Prime TV as well as using their free radio channel Although we have experienced the odd parcel being dumped on the door step when not in and not following the delivery instructions they are normally pretty good

I m rating this company as good because quite clearly it isn t paying Trustpilot for fake good reviews removing bad ones - well done Amazon And at times they ve been ok However they do use utterly crap delivery drivers who can t even be bothered to knock ring the bell fail to leave packages in designated places - just leave a partially open bag open to the rain on a wet day and in open display of a main road Total pillock And what did I get when I opened the door with him almost back in his van A dumb looking smile grin - was he mute or not English speaking No idea but lazy most definitely Suppose I should be grateful he didn t nick it Look at the difference between different companies those who obviously pay and those who don t

No company is perfect and they would get 5 stars if they used people completely fluent in English I literally now buy everything from them BECAUSE I dont have to threaten legal action if I receive a faulty or misdescribed product even from a marketplace seller

Personally I find all my orders on time and the service with prime very good
