I ve used amazon for years and in the past I ve had some issues with deliveries However recently I have experienced really good customer service and I spend a lot of money monthly with amazon On average 200 a month I d say and they seem to be very attentive whenever I call up I recently had a big problem with a Sage item that wasn t amazon s fault They really went above and beyond to sort it for me

Really nice delivery service and all customer service so kind and helpful Very easy to purchase and return items if you not satisfied Flexible and quick refund process it might be more expensive than other websites but more peace of mind I am very glad to keep client with amazon for years since i dont have troubles

Huge commercial black hole that s so easy to use

Their search engine is extremely frustrating BUT as a Prime member it s hard not to marvel at the ease with which you can click and have something arrive that evening or the next day There s virtually everything there you can think of As a customer returns are simple and some stuff s so cheap you wonder how anyone makes money Truly accessible and useful

Amazon are always quick to resolve any issues and have a fantastic response time Refunds are always processed in under a few days I feel confident ordering through them any time knowing that if I have an issue it ll be quickly resolved without an issue The prices are always great and the wide range of products means you don t really need to look elsewhere

Great Deals - Great Customer Services From 250 bottles of Cognac to 0 49 pan scrubbers and everything inbetween I ve bought hundreds of items from Amzon Most of the time everything is perfect I stopped paying for Prime a long time ago but the service is still very fast and free if you buy 25 On rare occasions things aren t the best but Customer Services ALWAYS sorts it out first time The only criticism I d have is that on the odd occasion I m not home the delivery drivers leave things outside where others can see it - but so far nothing s been taken

Amazon redeemed themselves Just to prove i can write a positive review after a negative I spoke to amazon again following waiting 8 hours for a delivery that never came I asked for a refund and got an excellent operator who agreed service had been poor and refunded me straight away The servcie was excellentand he was very knowledgeable Just a suggestion amazon should have the gps tracking available to their operators to be able to know where they are and what position is Other delivery companies now allow you to track your parcel and speak to driver so they cant just disappear as happened to me The operators had no idea where driver was So they need to improve on that but service given by operator yesterday was excellent

I think too many people mix up amazon

I think too many people mix up amazon service with the sellers service I order everything off amazon except groceries and I am a prime member which gives me movies free delivery and return in 30days which puts my mind at ease Would recomend becoming a prime member to benefit
