The search works very poorly
We are Prime members in the UK and have never had a problem there We are also members in Spain After 8 months away due to COVID-19 we arrived on Friday night to find that our car battery was flat We had left it on charge but there had been a power cut which had tripped it We have no food and a car that cannot start We ordered a starter Charger and paid extra for a sunday Delivery Early Sunday we started receiving messages about our delivery 6th drop etc right down to next delivery We followed the driver on the Amazon App Map He she spent an hour going around in circles but never getting closer than 200 metres to us Does the Driver not have GPS or Google Maps Why did they not telephone us Eventually the map closed and the driver disappeared We telephoned Customer Service who would not listen to my wife a native Spaniard but just kept repeating that the order was out for delivery She tried telling them many times about the driver but customer services were not taking any notice She asked to speak to a supervisor but was ignored I sent e-mails but got the same mantra Why do they not listen to their clients We try to help them but they are so full of their own importance that they just ignore you They should all be sacked and replaced by people who actually care about the clients the ones paying their wages
