Absolute nightmare recently with deliveries from Amazon es Their couriers lie that they tried to deliver the most useless is Paack but also DPD SEUR and CTT - all have problems As a Prime customer who pays for the privilege of the timeless smooth delivery I am so tired and frustrated as ALL deliveries now encounter problems I have asked numerous times not to use PAACK to send me packages they lose them or fail to deliver them every single time There is a systemic problem with Amazon s system all their agents on the phone read standard apologies from the sheet saying that they have no choice which courier will deliver that the system assigns them automatically When I ask to speak to a decision maker or department that deals with this system or with couriers it is against amazon policy as managers do not talk to customers WHAT A JOKE Latest failure - a lie about attempting to deliver by Paack tracking number 534000021224201444

Amazon Spain charged my credit card for a membership I never signed up for and I have written to them at least 30 times and they have not refunded my money They know I don t have a membership because they wrote me saying they can t find a membership in my name In October I ordered dog food and they never delivered It took more than 6 weeks to get a refund and my lawyer had to call them Since 12 November they charged me and they have my money and refuse to refund it They are THIEVES LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS They are useless Amazon USA is fabulous These European amazons are criminals

Ever buy or pre order from Amazon com and get charged more or on a hot item order canceled after the holiday but check their website and see stock at 10 times the price Your not alone Amazon uses their customers funds to order holiday stock at the customers expense then returns those funds after the holiday using loopholes to imbezil millions each year I m amazed not a single district attorney has stepped in to stop this practice price changes you didn t agree to Trust me you didn t The email you got with an item for example at 49 99 but was 19 99 wasn t a mistake on your Judgement You got a web page not a real email so the page your viewing is on Amazon s Webserver called a webmail Have an item that broke but Amazon receipt you saw 8 months prior us gone Again webmail It no longer exists Those old emails with all the X in them are the old images that no longer load Pre order theft Hot items like Nintendo switch games or hand helds that order is canceled on Xmas or after saying no stock Look that item up and you will see Amazon selling it at 10 times the price Every holiday season they talk millions into paying for pre orders which is really funding their supply of hot items they then sell at top dollar using your money then cancel after Xmas saying no stock but check yourself It s listed by Amazon not some third party seller at 10 times the price I just served Amazon a small claims for stealing my money for stock so I can get my gifts else where and they will have to foot the difference and fees Small claims in CA do not allow attorneys which cripples a corporate giant like Amazon

To all We have been Amazon clients for a very long time We have just ordered an iPhone XV for our daughter when we received the package we gave the Amazon code to the delivery guy The package was sealed with tape When we opened it their was a Dove lotion bottle - clearly the same weight and size of the iPhone We called right away the customer service but Amazon said that the package was delivered They were not nice at all and after 5 of conversation did not seem to care We had to send photos and we are awaiting their answer within 3 days This is theft It can only have taken place in their warehouse or while it was delivered but someone somewhere must have known what was in the package - which means access to Personal Data DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING EXPENSIVE NEW SCAM - DO NOT ORDER iPHONE or anything expensive - Warehouse or delivery THEFT

I don t know where to begin I was stupid enough to order a simple shelving unit for my spare room to keep lots of things I don t use regularly These items are very light and anyway anything heavy was placed at the bottom to give the shelves a solid base One night I hear a crash and bang and run into the spare room to find the shelves have completely collapsed breaking several items I cannot believe one of the largest companies in the world is selling such shoddy products Also the shelves must have been sent from far away because it took almost 3 weeks

absolutely awful part of Amazon and nothing like the UK or US site or for customer service which are excellent any time I ve had an issue usually it s poor delivery failed refunds or bad customer service I ve had to write to Amazon USA CEO who then gets the appropriate team to deal with me not sure why the Spanish part of Amazon are so poor in my experience this is the second time I ve had issues and second time I ve had to write to the US CEO team I don t recommend and will be cancelling my prime account with Amazon Spain

Absolutely terrible customer service in Spain compared to the US branch I bought a faucet on black Friday and the canceled my order as it was considered as lost in transit And then they suggested I buy it again but at a much higher price What a scammers

Bought 2 memory cards which turned out to be fake with untrue capacity confirmed by a memory card capacity testing app F3probe Didn t get round to using them for a couple of months as they were sold and shipped by Amazon Contacted Amazon es who allowed me to return them no questions asked even though it was after the return window I then tried to leave a review warning others but Amazon said the review didn t meet their guide lines and wouldn t publish it They are still selling these fake cards and many many others Shocking how many people will find out later that their beloved photos or data will be corrupt Shocking from Amazon been happening for years as many posts indicate around the web
