The search works very poorly

We are Prime members in the UK and have never had a problem there We are also members in Spain After 8 months away due to COVID-19 we arrived on Friday night to find that our car battery was flat We had left it on charge but there had been a power cut which had tripped it We have no food and a car that cannot start We ordered a starter Charger and paid extra for a sunday Delivery Early Sunday we started receiving messages about our delivery 6th drop etc right down to next delivery We followed the driver on the Amazon App Map He she spent an hour going around in circles but never getting closer than 200 metres to us Does the Driver not have GPS or Google Maps Why did they not telephone us Eventually the map closed and the driver disappeared We telephoned Customer Service who would not listen to my wife a native Spaniard but just kept repeating that the order was out for delivery She tried telling them many times about the driver but customer services were not taking any notice She asked to speak to a supervisor but was ignored I sent e-mails but got the same mantra Why do they not listen to their clients We try to help them but they are so full of their own importance that they just ignore you They should all be sacked and replaced by people who actually care about the clients the ones paying their wages

We spotted a bargain - A Star Wars Lego Tydirium Shuttle set usually 63 selling for 22 so we ordered 5 Took MV Trade the Amazon Seller a week to tell us they weren t going to honour the order and they tried VERY hard to get US to cancel it Several peculiar faintly slippery emails followed Contacting Amazon we were assured they would take care of it but no Another week later Amazon suggested they couldn t be held responsible for MV Trades behaviour No apology no explanation nothing And MV Trade ARE still trading through Amazon 3 months on Yes I know why would I be surprised These guys don t pay their taxes and lie about it saying they don t turn a profit Don t give them your business If you do they ll end up owning everything and then you ll be sorry

Pity you have to speak to four people

Pity you have to speak to three different parts of Amazon co uk com and finally Amazon pay to try and get money back from an web based company that can t be bothered to clean up the most IMPORTANT detail on its site There was no friction but it took over 1 hour and ten minutes I am looking for a CD writer package and spoke to four Amazon people to try and reverse a transaction The fraudulant company claims it has CD writing capability on its web site but when you download the software can t find it and go on a forum for answers the company pity I can t name and shame here says we don t do that now there are plenty of others that do Well my opinion is don t claim it on your web site then Glad I bought it via Amazon Pay though as I would have do way of getting the money back from these cowboys

Amazon esReturns are complicatedThe waybill number I was given resulted in an automatic rejection response from parcel monkey - they no longer handle amazon returns for legal reasons Only 1 DHL handles this type of waybill dhl parcel Not knowing this I called DHL express which resulted in them creating a new waybill and a whole lot of additional work Amazon should have a list of carriers customers can use for returns This return that I might never finish now took hours to try to figure out It doesn t help that on amazon es English support options are limited - the call-back option has always been broken phone - English speaking support doesn t dial Chat is unavailable Agents do not return emails I sent 3

I regret my last purchase Now they charge Taxes on top Fake free shipping And Chinese Mafia sellers overload This review is for Amazon es I got eluded into thinking the item would be free shipping then had to pay 3 euros for shipping and 3 more for taxes on a 8 euros item almost 50 increase that was advertised has an amazon free shipping Also there are many Chinese sellers that have terrible customer support selling low quality items at premium prices and in the description of the products almost never there is a country were the product was made The Chinese mafia is controlling this online market places This review is for Amazon es

They are selling more and more products from Chinese sellers

They seem to be selling more and more product from chinese sellers and disguising the fact that it has no warranty or support from Amazon We bought a cubot H2 Mobile phone last year and the order was fulfilled by amazon within a few days However when we had some problems it turned out it was a chinese company who do not even reply to mails sent through amazon It would appear a lot of these shops operate for a period of time and disappear and customers have no rights

Why discriminate non spanish speaking

Why discriminate non spanish speaking customers AMAZON ES Worldwide company - Amazon can t handle having spanish page in english Even very bad english speaking germens manage to create amazon site in english so why cant spanish do the same Way too low education of staff and higher upp in the chain or just national pride You have to guess what it is Even contact when you finaly find it after many tries and errors You click chat for english speaking that is actually in english and will be forwarded to other site that site has at least ONE sensence in english and when you click on connect button - next site will be in complete in SPANISH You dont understand what they writing WHY why If you choose english that means do not understand spanish and ALL site shouls have at least some short explanations in english if site programers admin can only basic english My advise check amazon de AND LEARN from them

Very bad deal

I order some records for a good price They didn t arrived because the packet was damaged but instead sending new records they cancelled it and returned my money even they still have the records for sale but to a higher price When I ask them They told me first it was because my adress was wrong When I told I used this adress for 10 years they then said it was because the packet was damage But they didn t want to give me the records for the price I paid They said I could buy them to the new price VERY BAD SERVICE And they also cancel the possibility to give feedback
