I recently bought a Tens machine on Amazon Spain I have to return it as it doesn t work I don t speak English and trying to work out how I download the returns label with barcode Really disappointed

Orders don t arrived the date it says in the first place but the day you finally see after you pay I had an account with more than 250 orders made and I lost it because Customer Service wasn t able to help me to access I truly want to buy using differen enterprise

Was away over xmas came home card in door saying parcel in blue bin contacted courier they said thats where it was left e mailed amazon no answer on chat line tried and tried so got no where lost money on parcel as no one answered for refund put me off ordering from them again

The platform is a good platform but it s going downhill and maintaining less and less customers it only seems to know how to make money and maintain merchants

Can only give two stars A lot of products are silly prices Chose is limited Don t buy from third party returns are difficult Only buy Amozon supplied products

My wife bought me a Withings watch on Amazon spain in February 2022 with 2 years warranty 3 weeks ago June 2023 the back fell off I took it first up with Withings who confirmed after checking that the watch was eligible for replacement under the warranty but they asked me to take it up with the reseller Amazon Which i did and customer service said that replacement was not available on this watch only refund or voucher After checking i found that the reason for no replacement is that the price has gone from 229 to 299 I complained to Withings and asked them to intervene they said that what Amazon did was not correct but they would bypass Amazon and send me directly a replacement watch I returned the damaged watch directly to Withings and on confirmation that it was in the post they promptly sent a replacement So amazon would have received a replacement from Withings sold it at 70 euro more to someone and pocketed the 70 difference from me So bearmind Amazon do not stand behind producers manufacturers warranty I can only recommend to buy direct from manufacturer if you can

Do not trust their customers review I have noticed that they just publish positive reviews unbalancing the truth about what is mentioned about their products For me all their reviews now are untrusted Whenever something nice is said from my site they publish but if something bad is reported they say that is considered a claim and not a real review Also be carefull about importation fees Despite small warnings in the page and be a selling company inside the European union they sell things from chine and you end up paying more up to half the price of the product

I could once rely on Amazon but not anymore Just today there have been 3 problems a refund correos express and Amazon failing to deliver my orders I also ordered a pair of trainers and 10 days later I still never had the trainers Just problem after problem
