I sent in my test for DNA and have found the results very interesting As I was adopted at 3 days old from a baby s home in Melbourne Australia nearly 66 years ago So I had no idear what my nationality would be So when I found out I was 83 Irish and 14 Scottish I was very happy As my adoptive parents are Irish decent One question when you say parent 1 and parent 2 which one is mum and dad Thank you very much Marian

Lady was most helpful I didn t receive another sample as promised three years ago as my first one wasn t successful I was still on the register so will see how this move goes Hopefully another samples sent out

After writing my original post Ancestry reached out to me and I contacted them as asked and thanks to Maria we were able to get the DNA results we were after Maria was an awsome help and really appreciated her patience with working through online with me Thanks for the assistance

Fast Results

My results came much quicker than I had expected Especially once they had processed the DNA I was also able to download my raw DNA file and upload that to Genome link for a more in-depth result Would definitely recommend ancestry DNA to anyone whose interested
