My experience was with Customer Service It was a struggle for me I had 2 accounts basically One o couldn t access the email and it is a paid account and another that my DNA was done through because I couldn t access the email from previous account I called wanting to make a third account to merge all of the first 2 s info on to one New Account Yep A complete Hot Mess This girl was a saint Patient to no end She walked me through the process after verifying I owned both accounts She was Amazing I am still trying to get the same thing done with another site The customer service with real people is number one in my books I wasn t on hold and transferred through several people and then told to call a different number who then tells you to call the number you just domino d through Customer service is hands down the best and most efficient I have encountered in years It was very refreshing

Great experience with the Help desk The young man listened to me when I asked questions and answered them appropriately In doing so he not only fixed the problem he taught me more about the program Thank you

Buyer beware

I did this when a genetic test from another company seemed nearly impossible to be true knowing my family history You have confirmed what fits with my family history I am very disappointed that companies are allowed to report fictitious results and charge the public for them
