Worst customer service I ve ever experienced

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received - ever - from any service provider I have been trying for TWO MONTHS to contact someone 11 unanswered emails hours of time on hold and I have still not received one solitary email response I ve not had one single call answered nor callback received Two months ago I changed my car and policy and haven t recieved the new insurance disk for my new car And I have been trying every day since to contact someone to have the disk sent out It is simply incredible that a business could have such poor customer service It is entirely unacceptable for a business to be this difficult to get in contact with I 100 will not renew with Arachas - not even if they offered me a year of insurance for free Disgraceful customer service Zero stars

Motor department unresponsive and under resourced

They do not answer emails and I was waiting over 2 hours 10 minutes for them to pick up the phone and at that point resorted to callback option their recorded message said they would call back within 3 hours Fair play to them I did get the call back 2 5 hours after requesting it I had resolved our issue another way by then but gave the poor customer service personnel an earful and he agreed they are extremely under-resourced It doesn t seem right for a company reported to have been making very good profits

If I could give zero star s I would I used to use McCormack Hooper Dolan in Clane who were outstanding Once Arachas bought them out it went rapidly down hill Trying to get someone to answer a phone is beyond painful Over 40 minutes on hold waiting on someone to actually answer while sitting in a dealership waiting to transfer over insurance to a different car I ve had a few different reasons to contact them recently and every experience was the same Very painful The notion of a broker is that they will search the market for you so you don t have to spend an hour on the phone every year ringing around Insurers to get quotes But if you have to spend an hour on the phone to Arachas every time you ring then what s the point They ve clearly lost sight of their business model and my business as soon as my renewal date comes around Respect your own time and wellbeing and avoid them

What has happened to Arachas

What has happened to Arachas they were excellent We put down a whole week of Worst customer service experience EVER Arachas let our home policy lapse and sent us a notice a month later to say they had cancelled it Despite being told numerous times that whatever about insuring the new garage the house must remain on cover and we will add that garage when they could figure out the premium add to the policy We rang immediately we recieved the letter We were appalled they had let this happen We waited over an hour to speak to an agent before we hung up Finally we got to speak to someone via their call back service He promised he would deal with it and get back to us We never heard from him again 5 days of calls promises and we were shoved from pillar to post and messed around it We eventually called DOLMEN INSURANCE - and we will now move ALL our insurance policies with them as and when they come up from renewal They were most professional knowledgeable Arachas - NEVER again

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service It takes days to receive an email response and it seems to take even longer to get through to a human on the phone lines I have spent weeks trying to rectify a very minor issue I will not be renewing with arachas and I would discourage anyone from using them

Impossible to get through to anyone on the phonelines Get a response through email then don t hear anything back after sending several emails The communication is getting worse and would make me reconsider switching companies due to the lack of staff issue

Brutal Customer Service

Brutal Customer Service If I could give zero stars I would Waited 30 minutes for an answer from Motor Insurance dept no answer Kept advising me if wanted call-back option I would get one within 3 hours Seriously is that now considered an acceptable level of customer service I m sure the usual excuses will be made - blah blah blah But who cares it appears the dividends are good Perhaps you should double your customer service team and look after them

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service no answer to phone line nor returned my call as requested This is the second day in a row I ve been trying to get through on the phone requested a call back yesterday at 9 38am promised before end of Business got no response Now waiting more than 25 minutes on hold This is disgraceful service

Hours on Hold no call back zero serive

got a renewal quote almost 30 days ago trying to contact someone regarding my quote and not answer Im trying day by day 1 to 2 hours on hold each day and still getting no answer They were perfectly okay when they were still Hopper Dolan Insurances but since Archas took over the experience and service with archas has been terrible

Used to be great Don t answer phone

This broker used to be very customer based But it has changed The renewal team don t answer the phone Only the new policy team will after been on hold for at least 30min I was trying to get them on The phone for 16days as I thought they had gone out of business and I wasn t sure if I had lost my money I was trying to contact them by email on 3 different emails that are listed online and 1 I have used in the past But they bounced back
