I had made a mistake while taking the student cover as the date I selected made my insurance for 10 Months itself which was a problem However I reached out to study and protect team to get the correction as a foreigner connecting over the call was difficult Though I emailed them their response is very slow as the team responded me in 24 Hours to acknowledge my query but it was done the other second by Matthew I mean I was scared as I had my visa appointment scheduled the next day

Excellent customer service once you get through to a person

As with other reviewers I almost gave up on renewing with Arachas due to their long wait times and call back system that mostly doesn t work Once I got to talk to Aine everything went smoothly She was cheerful and helpful and made the process painless Just what good customer service should be I had dealt for a number of years with a smaller brokerage where I always got personal service until it was acquired by Arachas Arachas owe it to the all the excellent people who went before them to improve their service to that level

I have received the Arachas Zurich renewal Our policy has increased it from 480 to 780 That s 60 and a complete rip-off I am updating my review TBF Arachas Broker is very customer client friendly and wants to keep your business Arachas followed up with further courtesy calls and returned to the underwriter who agreed to reduce our premium by 80 Aracas is the broker and didn t raise our premium It s Zurich who doesn t seem to care whether business is retained or not and I ll be reviewing them next Thanks to Charlotte and Gavin You earned the 5 Stars
