Re oven Argos replied to my complaint but it has nt solved the problem i am not on social media so there for cannot get my answer i just want a refund argos kept me on tenterhooks for 5months with no explanation i had one element working on my old oven that is why I ordered one from Argos 3march I phoned another company and had one in 3days

I just purchased a Huawei mate book for 599 for collection in oldbury Argos My money is already been gone out from my bank account I still haven t receive my order number and email confirmation I have a proof of purchase money been taken out from Argos of my Bank account If you don t send my order number or email confirmation I will report you for fraud transaction by Argos

bought 2 oven roasting trays-both broke first time used-what a load of rubbish and waste of my hard earned money

Argos have taken a payment for an order they didn t complete I have tried to contact them but have been unsuccessful due to an incredibly poor outdated website Surely this is financial fraud breach of contract in that I have paid for goods they can t provide I have spoken to my bank and they have said it happens a lot but to give it until the 10th September as the transaction is pending until then I will never shop with them again and urge caution to anyone else who might I will also be contacting the financial ombudsman as I appear to be getting no redress from Argos Complete disgrace

Bought a 65 inch tv stand missing parts two of the legs are missing one of the tubes that comes with it black in colour has blemishes on it that won t clean off god knows what the rest is like as I didn t unpack it all with the two feet missing what a big disappointment and know dout I will wait forever for the other two feet to be delivered I feel like I ve been sold something that someone else didn t want and was returned to argos and then they have sold it on to me it s like I am paying top dollar for second hand goods

TL DR ARGOS ARE SCAM ARTISTS - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYThe employees pretend to be helpful and kind meanwhile they fraudulently initiate contracts under different companies Enel which we did not agree to We were offered a specific rate kWh which we agreed to with Argos But the scam artists force you to sign another interim contract with a different provider while Argos conducts the change from our previous electricity and gas provider Lo and behold a month later we receive a energy bill through the mail with rates FOUR TIMES what we agreed This is despite multiple attempts to contact Argos asking why we did not receive the contract by email as promised Now three months later the change has still not been completed Every time we attempt to communicate with Argos by email the employees refuse to write anything and insist we phone them instead This is textbook scam artist behaviour They know if nothing is in writing then we have no paper trail to take them to court for FRAUD DO NOT USE ARGOS THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Product delivered as said On time But i was frankly very scared of the men that delivered it They were rude and very impolite I would not employ them to do anything They do not know their simple job and have no manners I am still upset some days later

Please beware -dont buyI purchased the Atlas Habitat 5 door product no 324 5336 wardrobe and have had nothing but issues since delivery 1 Some of the screws for the legs were too short I had to purchase longer screws to fix this issue 2 the holes for the shelves did not align properly 3 The predrilled holes for the handles were drilled through but created damage I have had to order more doors The intructions lack clarity and having called both customer service and product support the issue remains unresolved Having spent hours on the installation and after no less than 5 calls to argos and product support my wardrobe has still not been fully assembled I should have read some of the reviews before purchasing that highlighted issues with alignment At this point I am way too invested and quite frankly I dont have the time to dismantle the thing to return so will have to try and find a work around other than paying someone Argos s suggestion to resolve Be warned Avoid avoid avoid do not put this item anywhere near your basket
