Awful delivery experuence

Product delivered as said On time But i was frankly very scared of the men that delivered it They were rude and very impolite I would not employ them to do anything They do not know their simple job and have no manners I am still upset some days later

Buyers beware -DO NOT BUY

Please beware -dont buyI purchased the Atlas Habitat 5 door product no 324 5336 wardrobe and have had nothing but issues since delivery 1 Some of the screws for the legs were too short I had to purchase longer screws to fix this issue 2 the holes for the shelves did not align properly 3 The predrilled holes for the handles were drilled through but created damage I have had to order more doors The intructions lack clarity and having called both customer service and product support the issue remains unresolved Having spent hours on the installation and after no less than 5 calls to argos and product support my wardrobe has still not been fully assembled I should have read some of the reviews before purchasing that highlighted issues with alignment At this point I am way too invested and quite frankly I dont have the time to dismantle the thing to return so will have to try and find a work around other than paying someone Argos s suggestion to resolve Be warned Avoid avoid avoid do not put this item anywhere near your basket

wrong address for delivery

ordered a tv set for my daughter and grand children for Christmas as their TV had had it and daughter couldn t afford a new one at this time of year changed the address and post code order no 1364736228 i live in west Sussex was suppose to go to surrey arranged for delivery for Christmas eve afternoon knowing that i would be there gets a phone call from delivery men asking my address was it no 1 i said no where are you he said my address and i replied why as it should be in surrey and the answer was i cant deliver there for some unknown reason they had changed the address to my address i was fuming to say the least Phoned customer service they said they could do nothing about it i told them could i re order for delivery for Christmas eve no as too late had to re order for boxing day Now have to wait for cancellation of first order One ruined Christmas for the whole family wont do that again in hurry i can tell you 1st time i have used it for delivery never again ever Very poor service Wouldnt trust them now

The battery failed in a Hoover Freedom

The battery failed in a Hoover Freedom cordless vacuum cleaner purchased at Argos May 2019 I went down to the store on Sunday 22nd March but they do not keep any replacement stock for this product at the store Consequently I was told to phone up somewhere else and after giving them all the details the requsted replacement would be sent out it arrived yesterday Tuesday 7th April I think Argos could look at improving the time in replacing parts under guarantee as the Hoover won t work without the battery

Unreserved apology

I ordered an armchair from Argos on Thursday and was delighted it could be delivered on Saturday the 1st February as it was a weekend I paid for 2 till 6pm delivery as I was going out for lunch with my husband We got a text whilst out saying it was coming between 2pm and 4pm so we rushed our lunch and got home pronto Well nothing turned up so I rang and was told it was a problem with the box and it would be delivered on Sunday but I had to wait in all day I duly waited in all day no telephone call no text no email and once again no communication at all I rang again on Sunday at 5 50pm and was told to wait until 6pm and was assured the telephone operator Joanne that she would get another delivery date and call me back after 6pm well it s 6 30pm on Sunday and no phone call I cannot believe such a large organisation cannot communicate with their customers when there is a problem with an order Why oh why oh why do I have to waste my life away waiting for Argos No phonecalls or emails of redress after 2 days of waiting I have now received the answer to my review with Argos making out it was not their firm my mum has an account with Argos and they have sent me a voucher for my dreadful experience with them so come on Argos dont try to make me out a liar because I put my review of you up here which I am perfectly entitled to do you are talking rubbish If you want me to change my review get in touch I have given you my mobile number with my order so call me please if you want me to change my review don t lie Order number 251386771 now deny it I cancelled it I APPOLOGISE UNRESERVEDLY THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT COMPANY THIS IS NOT ARGOS IN ENGLAND WHO SELL HOUSEHOLD GOODS PLEASE EXCUSE MY STUPID MISTAKE PLEASE IGNORE MY REVIEW
