Arriva Yorkshire very good

I ve been in the West Yorkshire area for a month and used Arriva buses a lot They have a very extensive network across West Yorkshire and it s very easy to travel across the region The drivers are always friendly and ready to help I ve never met a rude driver while travelling with Arriva Yorkshire Most of the time the buses are modern with comfortable seats and charging points for mobile phones I have travelled a lot on 254 255 services and I have really appreciated them

Regent ctr to freeman 553 lost bus pass yet not lost the friver on this service 1300 hrs on 9th sept was the most helpful driver i have ever come across he definately went the extra 2 miles to help

Contactless payment is brilliant and fast Should have been done decades ago Option to top up Arriva connect card onboard is needed Waiting two days is to long for connect card Should be instant so Arriva let customers use Arriva connect cards and top them up onboard That s what using a bus had always been Everything onboard Keep that tradition It s heritage

I have just received a great customer service from Noella By accident I activated my ticket for Greenline travel to the airport too early because I didn t clearly understand the rules of using online tickets Noella helped me to resolve this problem in time for me to travel without extra expense Thank you

Lost my phone on the number 1 bus ashington Northumberland Customer handed it in I went back to bus stop and asked another driver if could contact the driver I had however he told me it was at blyth depot then let me on his bus to claim my phone back I can t thank them enough as I had loads of personal items in the case and phone
